Called this company for service to replace a new chandelier. We were informed to call a person named Billy. From the very beginning Billy's demeanor was rude and condescending. He came over to preview the job and being we have high ceilings, we needed extra chain that did not come with the new fixture as well as an extension ladder to hang the new fixture. He promised that he could get the same chain for us. The next day, he called and said that his guys would be over "within and hour." When a few hours went by, we called him to ask where his guys were..(we work), and he said in an condescending tone, "Well, I didn't give you a time." To me, "within an hour" means 60 minutes, not 180. The guys finally showed up and had the incorrect chain with them, it didn't match the new fixtures chain as Billy promised, although it was the same color metal. We should have stopped the job right then and there. Being there was already electrical, all the guys had to do was to re-string the wiring through the new chain and connect the new fixture. They finished the job but to add insult to injury, we received a $300.00 bill which to us was exorbitant for the job that was done.

It went very well. To be honest of the 4 electricians I called, only 2 came by to look at the job and give an estimate. I picked Conejo Valley because they actually seemed interested in doing the job. The other electrical who came by seemed a little like it was a chore to give me an estimate. The whole job was 15 new lights installed, 4 existing lights converted, 2 ceiling fans installed, 1 electrical socket added, dimmers for the Master bedroom lights, plus switches added where necessary. It took about a day and a half all told, and they were very accommodating with arrival times since both my wife and I work. They left off 2 of the finish rims on two of the cans, and were back first thing the day after I called them. My wife loves the lights and it is exactly what she wanted. I was worried about the holed needed to install everything because of the orange peel texture on the walls, but after the patches were painted over, you couldn't tell the difference. I was very impressed.
Description of Work: Installed recessed lighting in kitchen and family room, installed ceiling fans in two bedrooms. converted 4 old dated looking recessed cans to newer round to match the rest of the lights installed.
