All Four Seasons AC & Heating

My Wife and I called All Four Seasons A/C to perform routine maintenance on our A/C unit. All Four Seasons originally installed our unit and we were so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise that is was a no brainer when we needed a routine maintenance. Setting up the appointment was easy and timely. The secretary called us a day before to confirm and when we requested that the technician called 30 minutes before arrival...and he did! When the technician showed up, he was polite, professional and patient (I ask a lot of questions). He did not try to up sell us and charged us a great price for what he did to maintain our unit. I know there are many A/C company's out there but I have to say that All Four Seasons are the best.......we love our technician and will request him again.

We purchased the Angies list deal which seemed like a waist of money because for the guy to actually do any work was extra. If I used this company again I would not purchase the "deal" I would just call them directly.

Really great. Would use this company in the future. Price was fair and service was excellent. The technicians are professional and I have seen the same one, now twice which is a good sign that this company retains its employees. They have been at my house 4 times now and each time the employees are professional and provide me with a truthful analysis of my aging system. They will be back later this year to replace my roof top component once my new roof is installed.

We recently had All Four Seasons relocate and replace our entire HVAC system. The experience from beginning consultation by Ethan through planning and execution was completely pleasant. Ethan was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and always available to address our requests and concerns. Ethan made suggestions to help make the process more efficient. The crew was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone with the company made us feel comfortable with asking questions, and understanding the process and our new HVAC system. Overall the service we received was quick, efficient, and OUTSTANDING in all respects. We would certainly use All Four Seasons again and would highly recommend them to our family, friends and anyone needing major HVAC work done.

Everything has gone great. A detailed bid was given promptly and appointment was made to do the installation without any delays. Several other companies have worked on my system in the past, but none has been willing to submit a bid on a new system due to the age of the building and the fact that the existing installation involved an outside unit that was shared with another apartment in my building. The job proved to be even more complex than anticipated and took almost 12 hours to complete. The crew of about six stuck with the job until it was completed and the new system was up and running. The crew left the work area clean and clutter-free. The installation itself looks polished and professional. Since then, All Four Seasons has had a third-party evaluation of the install completed and has overseen the city inspection process by having a tech on-site at time of inspection and making a later appointment to correct a minor issue and coordinating with the city for the final inspection. Two years of free maintenance was included with the first visit just completed. They called me to set up the appointment--I didn't chase them. The same crew chief who supervised the installation came to perform the maintenance and get an update on my satisfaction with the work and the system.

Professional and courteous. Would call them again.

The bid didn't work with me so I didn't have them do the job. The price was too high. I felt they were trying to sell me extra work that wasn't necessary.

Looked up All Four Seasons A/C & Heating Inc. reviews on Angie's list and decided to call them to look at our heater that was not blowing warm air. Unfortunately we were out of town over the holidays and needed a Saturday appointment. they were able to accommodate us with a slight increase in fee. We requested the technician to arrive near the end of the 2 hour window and to give us a call prior to arriving. Carlos the technician was punctual and provided a call before he arrived. After about 30 minutes reviewing our Heater(it is a new unit <5 years old) and testing many different potential issues, he identified that the mother board was broken. Unfortunately the store that supplied the parts was closed on Saturdays. Since it was really cold and we were without heat with little ones, we really needed this fixed on the same day. Carols and All Four Seasons went above and beyond to find the replacement part and was able to come back later in the day to fix the issue. Carlos was very responsive in telling us the issues, how it can be resolved and the cost. IN addition, he kept us updated along the way regarding whether the part was in stock and when he would return. Overall it was a pleasure working with All Four Seasons and I would highly recommend them to others in case they have any future issues with A/C- heaters.

They were knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional. They provided outstanding service, checking every possible cause of the problem. They suggested possible solutions. Ethan presented the best option for installing a/c in our house. There is no attic nor crawl space under so he suggested the roof.. This was excellent so no pipes nor lines showed. He also suggested a silicone roof which has worked wonderfully to keep the temperature even day and night. His team worked well with our schedule and the other contractor. The mini splits cool the room it is in without having to run all thru the house, thus saving money. I have referred this company to others.

SUPERB is the word I would use to describe the final installation, which was difficult to achieve due to the tight spaces in our 90 year-old attics. Never once during the seven day job did they leave a mess or complain of the added work and inconvenience they experienced due to our structural challenges. This company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Highest marks in every category. We had six different companies give us bids, and it was a no-brainer to go with ETHAN. Carlos called 15 minutes prior and came in on time. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. I felt like he was really there to help and not just move on to the next job. Highly recommend this company. The job was well done.

It went well. There was a considerable delay due to scheduling due to tenant's busy schedule. However, I never rec'd a report of their findings from them. My tenant related the results of their findings to me. That was a disappointment to me.

I would personally would like to thank Ethan for always being there ,it was one of the hottest day and with my luck my rental properties AC stopped working, i called the office and was lucky enough to have Ethan and come diagnostic problem,i cam always count on all four seasons to be there for me . all four seasons is an honest and professional company you could always count on to be there for you. they are truly 10 star Company ,all four seasons air conditioning and heating will always be my number one choice of company.

Given the time of year and high volume, I felt All Four Seasons was reliably prompt and efficient. I was really impressed with the willingness of Carlos, out technician, to provide good reliable service. I will need subsequent service to my system and will not hesitate to call them again!

All went very well. Will continue to use for all future A/C and Heating repairs.

Ethan arrived early, which was great for me. He was courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing. He had the parts I needed to get the AC working again, and fixed it during the same service call. I highly recommend this company, and would certainly hire them again for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Very professional, showed up on time and provided useful recommendations to have money, exchange amps from 50 to 40 at electrical box.

It was good. He was prompt, courteous, and they basically went over everything. It was a very good service. I think I paid an additional $70-something because I paid through Angie's List for them to come. I think it was a little more expensive just for doing that. We used him again. I was in my sister's house and the air conditioner went out on the day that was really super hot there in L.A. so I told my brother-in-law that this guy was really good and he told me he was open 24/7 there. He called him and he was there within 15 minutes. He was probably in the area. My brother-in-law was very pleased with him because he couldn't get a hold of his guy. It was really good. I definitely will call him again.

They did a good job. He did not complain about going back and forth two times. I was happy with his service. I would use this provider again in the future.

It was good. I like their wholesomeness, honesty, integrity. He was a gentleman. He just came off not a hustler type at all.

I called to have them look at a problem with my heater and thermostat in a house that I rent. Since I don't live in town, I asked that the technician call me with the diagnosis when he was done and a cost estimate. When I received the call, I found that I could not understand what the man was speaking about. He continually was talking about my water heater, not my furnace. Nothing he said made sense. I then contacted my tenants and they too said that they were confused as to what they were told. I am now looking into other vendors to get a clear diagnosis.
