Juan arrived on time. Fixed the problem. He gave an estimate for additional house to be preformed.

It went very well. The serviceman (Juan) was polite, professional, knew his stuff and explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing and why. I would definitely use All Four Seasons again for any AC or heater issues.

Juan was on time and called me before he arrived. He was very nice and answered my questions and gave me ideas about long term plans for my older A/C system.

I contacted them because my AC was producing a strong chemical smell and needed someone to check it out. Juan was punctual and after taking a look he couldn't really find any one thing although he fixed a broken dryer vent. He pointed out that my system was 32 years old and in bad shape, which I kinda knew, but after seeing the rust and degradation I knew I had to take action. After giving me some options and information, I decided to replace everything. Working with Cat to make the arrangements was really easy - she was very responsive and friendly. 2 days after the initial service call, I had my new system. The installation team was professional and friendly. They left my garage cleaner than they found it. I would definitely recommend All Four Seasons, and will use them in the future.

Juan showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He explained to me exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. I ended up signing up with All Four Seasons to perform regular maintenance twice a year on my HVAC.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air and I noticed it around 8pm. I found All Four Seasons on Angie's list and called them based upon their wonderful and abundant reviews. I phoned and left a message at 7:00am the next morning. Nicki called me back around 45 min. later. She scheduled a technician, Morris, to come between 11 and 2 the same day. Morris called me around 9am to ask if I would I like him to come by earlier as he was in the neighborhood. (I was so pleased, "absolutely, yes). Morris arrived. He found there wasn't electricity to the condenser outside. He checked circuit breakers and found the A/C circuit breaker wasn't seated properly. He reset the breaker and the A/C came on instantly. Since he was there, he checked the system, checked on the heater. He reported everything was good. I am so pleased with every phase of their service. They had come out on the Angie's Deal for $69 and that's what I was charged. Morris was terrific. My A/C unit is getting up there in age and when it's time to replace it I will definitely call All Four Seasons. They did a great job.

The following sentence possibly contains the only bunch of words you need to read to be motivated to pick up the phone and ask All Four Seasons A/C & Heating to come out to inspect or repair your home's system: I've been a member of Angie's List for a number of years and, while all the home repair/maintenance people I've found through Angie's List have been excellent, it is my recent happy experience with All Seasons which has compelled me to take the time to post my very first review on Angie's List. You'll first speak with Nicole or Kat when you call, and you will find them responsive and friendly and knowledgeable. Juan C. showed up exactly on time (in fact he called me with a 20-minute heads-up) and dealt with absolutely all of my concerns and questions with specific and understandable answers. I especially appreciated that he carefully inspected my entire system and showed me photos on his iPhone to document and illustrate the problems he'd discovered "down below." Because Juan had found reason to suspect a leak in my system, he recommended that I try not to use it more than an hour or two at a time because the critically low level of freon remaining in my system was causing it to ice up very quickly. This conversation took place on Wednesday. I asked him to do his best to schedule my repair as soon as possible -- and he called me only 5 minutes after leaving my home to let me know he'd found a way to do the necessary repairs first thing the very next morning. For the last decade, I'd paid another highly-regarded and very well-known heating & a/c company to inspect my system twice a year. In all that time their technicians never once bothered to tell me about the poorly sealed ducts and unprofessionally insulated connections, all of which would have been immediately apparent to someone like Juan. I have every reason to believe that my decision to go with All Four Seasons is going to give my home's a/c & heating system an extra 5 or even 10 years of life -- years of use I probably wouldn't have if I'd stayed with the other company whose technicians may be friendly & prompt but obviously lack Juan's experience and hands-on know-how. One last point: Although it remains to be seen if my faith in and gratitude for All Four Season's excellence will pan out over the next number of years, I can tell you that if you do decide to ask them to help solve your a/c or heating problem, you will immediately sense that they truly value you as a customer. You'll see what I mean. They want to do a great job for you. They respect how busy you are, how eager you are to have your problem fixed at a fair price.

they were great nothing went wrong with them they were on time and they guy was very professional. Ii thought the charge was fair and the A/C has been working great since so nothing complain about everything went great.

I purchased a deal for $69 for a diagnostic and tune-up on AC. So the technician came out to check out my central AC which wasn't blowing cold air. He inspected and saw that the capacitor (no, not flux) wasn't working, and this is what powers the refrigerant and the fan motor in the unit on the roof. He switched this out for additional parts and labor of $240. The AC immediately started working again, with no problems. He also replaced the air filter. I assume the rest of the tune-up and diagnostic was done as well, since he said everything else was good (but I didn't go on the roof with him). The whole service call took about 30 minutes, and I was HOPING that I could get some of the diagnostic/tuneup labor for $69, credited to the additional $240, but he said no. Oh well. It was all very fast and professional; job well done.

All went well and we are very pleased, 2 months later we are still very happy and the AC is running perfectly!

He was thorough; but there may be a slow leak in the lines inside the walls. We didn't want to run a full test at that point; as it took 5 years for the coolant to leak out. We'll test again in 6 months.

From the original evaluation, to the price quote, to the installation, this company was professional, efficient, and perfect. I arranged everything via email. Ethan came and met my husband and did a thorough investigation, snapping pictures of problems in the attic and elsewhere, and showing my husband. In the end, we decided to replace our decades old air ducts, and HVAC system. The work was done in a day and a half. The crew was clean, and polite. We were so impressed by the honesty and integrity of Ethan, that we moved forward with the work right away. Within a week, we went from accepting their quote, to having a new HVAC system! When the work was done, I emailed their office (worked with Gail, who was great!) about the documents needed to submit for DWP rebates. They didn't come at the time I was hoping for but the job done on our A/C was great. They fixed the leak for us keeping from our A/C from getting any additional problems for not fixing the leak. Now our family is enjoying the A/C without any issues.

All Four Seasons A/C & Heating has been our go-to heating and air company for the last 3 years. Their service techs are always prompt and courteous and we've never had a problem with the quality of work. Finally my husband and I decide to upgrade our old and noise 20+ years unit with the new quite infinity Carrier unit. I called All Four Seasons and 2 more ac companies to set up an appointment for an estimate. All Four Seasons office staff was very polite friendly and most important professional. Ethan came 2 days later to give us the estimate. Ethan showed up on time put on his shoe cover and was very professional. In all fairness, all 2 companies that came out were on time, however only one stood out and that was Ethan from All Four Seasons A/C and Heating. It was more than his friendly disposition. He is very knowledgeable patient and was explaining what he was going to do and why it was necessary. Ethan sat down with us and explained and shows us different options we can go with. We finally decided we would like 2 different options. Ethan emailed us the detailed estimates the following day. My husband and I still have some questions Ethan was very patient with us answering all of our questions. We felt Ethan was the only one that really listened and cared about us choosing the right equipment that we would be happy and right for us. Finally the big day has arrived. . The crew was very courteous, friendly and respectful. They came in and covered everything so delicately that not even the smallest of figurines was disturbed. They worked really well together. I am not easily impressed but I was and still am. After the installation was complete, Ethan made sure I knew how to operate the system to its full potential and advised me of the upcoming inspection (Ethan has lots of passion to all of his customer and really cares about customers being happy) The day of inspection, they sent an employee to set up drop cloths and a ladder for the city inspector. I was so pleased when the inspector came out and actually praised the work that had been done. I knew that Ethan and his crew had gone above and beyond our expectations but to hear it from someone else was very reassuring. Now we love our new quite A/C unit and we have All Four Seasons A/C & Heating to thank for. We are extremely happy and pleased with the results and will highly recommend All Four Seasons. On Tuesday, I noticed my 16+ years old unit, was not working properly. By Wednesday, it was blowing hot air and it became very warm inside the house. I called and got a referral from a friend who recommended All Four Seasons A/C and Heating and told me I could check them out on Angie's list. The company was very professional and accommodating in providing me a quick appointment that same day, which I appreciated as my dog has health issues and I didn't want to have her in that hot environment too long. The technician (Morris) arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a broken motor and reconnect box. I must admit that I haven't kept my A/C unit properly maintained and serviced over the years, so Morris was kind enough to take the time to review with me proper A/C maintenance tips for extending the life of my unit going forward. He also rush ordered the parts that were needed to repair the unit. He returned the next day with the new parts and fixed everything. Now my A/C system is working better then ever. I love this company's follow up as they even called me on Friday just to make sure I was happy with my service. The price was very reasonable and their customer service was excellent. I would also like to mention that Nicole, who I spoke to when I first called their office to schedule an appointment, was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. Kudos to this company for their professionalism. My dog Faith and I thank you very much!!!

I purchased their " deal " to have them confirm the issues with our A/C unit that we were already aware of. The original installer had hooked up the primary and secondary AC lines and outflows incorrectly. The primary AC drainage port was hooked into the secondary outflow pipe and the the secondary AC condensation drainage port was not hooked up at all. Also- the condensation overflow tray under the AC unit was too small. Because of this, we had already experienced some water leaking through our ceiling since the AC unit is in the attic. The new duct work also needed to be minimally adjusted. It was not strapped up enough and was sagging in 2 areas which was causing some minor crimping and reduction of airflow in some areas. The technician who was sent to our house did not know that I already knew exactly what was wrong with the AC and had a good idea what it should cost to repair, thanks to over 30 years of experience managing my own homes and our rentals. I waited to hear his assessment of the situation. The way he spoke reminded me of the practiced verbal patter of a used car salesman, repeatedly throwing out outrageous statements about what was supposedly wrong and what it would supposedly take to fix it, and then closely observing my reactions. I was very tired that day and reacted negatively less than I normally might have when some salesman is doing this. I also did not expect this from an Angie's list member. In retrospect, I think listening with little immediate reaction gave him the impression that I was an ignorant dupe who was buying what he was saying. He kept talking and the more he said the worse it was. When I did object, he'd back off of what he had just said. In one of many examples of this, he told me that the AC unit wasn't big enough ' for this big house'. This is completely false. When I told him this was an expensive, new unit and abundantly large enough, he changed his story and agreed it was fine. When we discussed the repairs needed, he told me that they would need to replace the pan under the AC unit with a larger one and hook the lines up correctly, with a price of $695 for 1-2 hours of work, which calculates out to between $695. and $347.50 per hour !!! I told him that the excellent plumber we use is $60. per hour, the other one we do not use as much because he is too expensive is $90./ hr. I told him that at $ 695. for 1-2 hours of work he is charging between $ 337.50 and $695. per hour and asked him why it was so expensive. He replied " That is why you get educated, so you can get paid good". I told him that most surgeons doing surgery do not get paid that much and that this was a ridiculous price. He then said that this was negotiable. I did not expect him to try and rip me off and then offer to re negotiate price if I objected, but a fair offer from the start. He also stated that ALL of our newer duct work would need to be replaced, instead of simply possibly trimmed and strapped up better, and that it would cost another $3,800. to do this!!! I absolutely objected, to which he immediately backed off, saying that they're "completely negotiable". When I asked who had the authority to make that decision he said it would be Ethan, the owner, and that he would probably come down to $1,800 for both jobs, instead of $695. plus $ 3,800. = $ 4,495. for a days work. It was at this point that I ended the appointment and walked him out of my home. I have since hired another AC company to compete all of the needed repairs described, with excellent results, and only paid $325.00. This company hopes that you haven't done your homework to know 1) what actually IS needed and NOT needed and 2) what reasonable prices are for what you truly need should be. That way, they can horrendously over inflate their prices at your expense. This was an obviously well rehearsed, frequently practiced approach to customers, leaving me feeling like I had just had an attempted con job and not a legitimate diagnostic service call. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ethan was great. He came out and provided a very honest and detailed bid. Unfortunately, we decided to postpone this work until we undertake a large remodel next year, but will definitely consider All Four Seasons when the time comes.

Wonderful service. I have used this company that I found on Angie's List over the past 2 years. The just replaced my old system and recommended and great system. The installation went smoothly and no mess was left. One of the nice aspects about this company is that I see the same employees, which is a sign of a healthy work environment. Had one little blip with my new roof and they handled the little blip like true professionals. My system is now so incredible. I would highly recommend them for small and large jobs, which is what I have had them do at my house over the last 2 years. Now that I have a completely new system I probably won't see them as often.

They were wonderful! Punctual, professional, respectful, and efficient. They did everything in a timely manner, explained what they were doing and answered questions along the way. They made sure to clean up everything when they were done. The end product is perfect and we are so far very happy with the air conditioning!

I use them for my office as well. It’s under contract for maintenance. They are great. They have good customer service and good workman. They show up when they say they are going to show up. The price is good. They work with you.

Morris came to the house, was on time. Courteous and thorough. Performed maintenance and recommended some optional services.
