Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a tune up to do the regular maintenance on my A/C. The didn't have the right size filter for my system, but I was able to purchase one cheaply online and they came back and replaced it for me without additional charge.

Description of Work: We were looking to get air conditioning in our home (new install). We did not know the first thing about it; therefore, I thought it would be prudent to go to Angie's list to pick a reputable company. I only looked at companies that had an overall "A" rating and I read multiple reviews for each of the three companies that bid for the job. I may not have known much about air conditioning before but I did do my homework and I prepared a list of questions. In all fairness, all three companies that came out were on time, friendly and professional; however only one stood out and that was Ethan from All Four Seasons A/C and Heating. It was more than his friendly disposition. He is very knowledgeable and was explaining what he was going to do and why it was necessary. His bid was not the cheapest but we felt it was reasonable and fair. I would also like to add that my brother too was looking to install air conditioning in his home and I shared our experience with Ethan. After my conversation with my brother he decided that he too would be doing business with All Four Seasons. The work on both homes was scheduled for the same week as we are only a few blocks away from each other. The crew was very courteous, friendly and respectful. They came in each day and covered everything so delicately that not even the smallest of figurines was disturbed. They worked really well together. Before they left each day they made sure drop cloths were removed and carpets were free from any debris. I am not easily impressed but I was and still am. After the installation was complete, Ethan made sure I knew how to operate the system to its full potential and advised me of the upcoming inspections. Get this, they even sent an employee to set up drop cloths and a ladder for the city inspector. Wow! I was so pleased when the H.E.R.S. inspector came out and actually praised the work that had been done. I knew that Ethan and his crew had gone above and beyond our expectations but to hear it from someone else was very reassuring. We have had the opportunity to use our new air conditioning and are very pleased with the results and will recommend All Four Seasons highly. Kudos to all the employees that worked so hard in making us happy Ethan, Francisco, Luis "A", Luis "B", Jesse, Nicole and Veronica.

Description of Work: Annual A/C inspection and reload coolant. Identified additional $250 of work to be done sometime in the future (not urgent but should be done to upgrade performance).

Description of Work: Performed check-up service on HVAC unit cooling system. Checked cooling fins on the hot/compressor side to make sure they were not clogged with dirt/debris. Checked degree of cooling (20 degree drop). Gave washable cut-to-size intake filters. (He would have cut them himself, but I had just replaced the filters.)

Description of Work: The guys showed up an hour early (which actually worked out great) and were professional, competent, diligent and so patient with me! I had them balance out the air by opening and closing the dampers, check the air filter, and check out the a/c unit itself. However, after they were all done and about the leave, I decided I needed more air flow in the living room. They graciously and patiently crawled right back up into the attic and fixed it until I was happy. I would definitely use All Four Seasons again. Nice people!
