Description of Work: A subcontractor in charge of removing asbestos went in my stick with no protective gear or mask. That was disturbing. The plastic barrier between my dining room and the crawl space while this work occurred had a gap at the ceiling. That was anxiety provoking since my regular contractor told me one exposure could lead to lung cancer. As a whole I thought All for Seasons was great. The manager in the job had to leave mid-way and I think the asbestos scare would have been prevented otherwise. We are very happy with our air conditioning unit.

Description of Work: Our a/c stopped working on one of the warmest weeks in LA history. We immediately used Angie's List to find an A/C repairman and found Four Season with a fantastic rating. The ratings did not fail us - EXTREMELY professional, on target, able to address our issue in no time. They were even able to service us on a Saturday - just wonderful. We will need to upgrade our system in the next while and yes, we will call these folks. They are that good.

Description of Work: one of our ac units kept turning off so they fixed it. They also are the ones that installed our 2 units years ago, they do all the service calls for regular maintenance. They are excellent - always right on time, very thorough on service, cleaning the units. I trust them 100%.

Description of Work: Air conditioner was not working. He repaired some wires that had burnt out and added freon. He advised me that there may be a leak in the freon line, but no way to be sure. I needed the a/c working since I had company coming in that weekend. He offered to come back on Friday to add the freon just in case it was a large leak it may have more chance of working through weekend. We discussed the cost of the freon versus getting a new unit, but he was not pushy and didn't make me feel it was necessary to buy unit if the freon would work. He gave me all info I felt I needed to make the best choice for me. So far the unit has continued to work with just the added freon and new wires. Freon is expensive, but much cheaper than a new unit.I have had so many companies in the past who tried to constantly sell maintenance plans and then say something was wrong every time they came to "maintain" my unit. So thankful for a positive experience with this company.

Description of Work: Ethan was professional in every way--gave a more thorough evaluation of my problem (needed replacement of my furnace) than the other folks who looked, explained details to me and raised questions others did not. Most importantly his crew was on-time, VERY neat and conscientious, and did a thoroughly expert job of adapting my existing systems to the new unit and making it all work better than ever before. If you are trying to decide who to use, I strongly endorse these guys and tell you they're fair, friendly, and know their stuff. OH...by the way, when I mistakenly made one of the checks for a few bucks too much, they came BACK to my house to ask me to replace it with the lower figure that was correct! That's surely proof of honesty as I'd never have known otherwise or raised any doubts. Happily, this heating unit will last me as long as I remain living here, but if I ever need any further service they can provide, this is the company I'll call and use.
