This was great. He was on time and very professional. He did good work. They did need to replace a component in the unit, which was $200.

After buying the deal on Angie?s List the provider called me to set up the appointment. The technician showed up on time and started working right away. Every step of the way I was informed what he is doing and what is next. He did not try to upsell me when he noticed something wrong rather advised me what was wrong and what is needed to fix it.

Now that the hot weather is upon us, we decided that we had waited long enough to get the home air conditioning checked out. We looked into Angie's List and saw that there were several "deals" regarding this and we decided on All Four Seasons' deal: "$45 A/C Inspection, Cleaning, and Tune-up Special". Naturally, I'm not a fool, so I realized going in that there would no doubt be things that would be found to be problematic, despite the fact that the system ostensibly seems to be running just fine. Michael arrived promptly at the beginning of the 1pm to 3pm appointment window and put his work booties over his shoes before entering the house. He was a pleasant young man, who I found to be fairly knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. Initially, the A/C Inspection, Cleaning, and Tune-up Special (for the already paid $45) was done. This included electrical testing, thermostat battery replacement, furnace filter replacement, vacuuming of the furnace housing, and compressor testing and monitoring. Everything checked out okay except that during the course of the work, it was found that some additional work needed to be done.: a safety cut off switch on the condensation line and a blow out for condensation pipe (which would cost an additional $175.00); and, due to corrosion and consequent breakage of the battery terminals in the thermostat, it needed replacing. A customer-supplied thermostat (we happened to have an extra one) could be installed for a fee of $75.00. Upon discussion, we ultimately decided to have this work done, which cost an additional $250.00. Furthermore, during this Tune-up Special, it was discovered that a roll out switch had been bypassed sometime in the past, because it no doubt needed replacing. This switch is used to detect "backfire" rolling out from the furnace burners and then cuts the furnace off during heating, if necessary. There are two of them - one was wired properly - but the other was not being utilized. We were advised, however, due to the somewhat advanced age of the furnace that the specific model of the switch might not be available and that a newer one might have to be somehow used in its place. We decided that we would wait to replace it since the furnace is not being used during this season. We also asked Michael to give us his thoughts on moving the furnace from the existing "closet" to a place in the attic and he was helpful with that request. He did say that if we had All Four Seasons undertake that job, that the cost of today's additional work would be absorbed in the cost of the furnace "move". As I said before, Michael was helpful and seemed pretty knowledgable. He cleaned up any mess that he had made and, all in all, it was not too unpleasant a visit. We certainly would have liked not to have spent more than the $45, but, really, when has that ever happened?

Technician was delayed, however the delay was coordinated with me. Ethan, the technician, was very helpful and very professional. The inspection and recommendations were the same repairs listed by our home inspector. Ethan showed me where, when, and how to change the air filter.

Ethan showed up for the initial estimate and was very professional and spent over an hour explaining to us all our options and giving us detailed information. I had recently contacted a competitor and after receiving bad service from them I had done research on AC's on my own. Everything that Ethan said was in line with what I had found myself. He was laid back and I felt like I could trust his opinion. The job took two whole days. His crew was extremely nice and polite. They worked hard and got the job done on time. Ethan came by frequently to see that everything was done right. They provided excellent service and even patched a hole they found n the attic so critters wouldn't be able to come back! A guy from his company was also present for all the inspections. We have been using our system for almost a month now and it is great. We really appreciate the info on what SEER efficiency would work for our home and the honesty we got from Ethan. We felt confident that we picked the right system and he definitely was not trying to oversell some high efficiency system that we would never get the full benefit from but he also wanted us to get the most out of our money. He also helped us find the tax incentives and LADWP credits for our purchase. We are very happy and will definitely be calling Ethan in the future for any servicing needs.

They were wonderful, they're actually coming back out to do some more work. We just have a home warranty to give an okay on what needed to be done. The guy who they sent out was just the greatest kid and just really knowledgeable. We are comfortable with him. I would recommend them to family and friends. He came out quickly, too.

My A/C unit went out Tuesday night. For whatever reason the motor on the unit would try and turn on but did not spin the fan. Searched that night on Angie's list and found this company. I saw all the great reviews and figured they would be great if I would get them out the next day. Called the office right after they opened at 7:30am. They said they were putting the days schedule together right then and would call me right back with a time. Called back 5 minutes later and gave me a 9-11am time slot. Ethan showed up at 9am to take a look at the unit. He looked it over, ran a few tests and was able to get it working by manually pushing the fan blade to "kick start" it. We spoke about the options, the motor was obviously going bad and would need to be replaced. Since I just purchased the home and have insurance from the seller I opted to call the insurance company to have them replace the fan motor. I am working though that process now. If for some reason they cannot service it I will absolutely call All Four Seasons back and have them perform the work. Ethan was professional, courteous, and explained everything very well to me. I can be very critical of companies and people who work in the service industry and I thought they were absolutely fantastic. Sadly this is something that I do not say very often. It was very refreshing to deal with a company and professional people that not only know their trade, but understand how talk to people. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Michael the company service tech came and was professional and on time. He explained to me everything that needed to be done in a way I could comprehend. I did not feel like I was being used or taken advantage of. I also called a family member that is a A/C contractor in a different state before I agreed to the charges and he said the charges were more than fair. I would recommend this company for their prompt service and professionalism. I like giving the smaller family owned companies my business before the give the big corporate companies my money. We had cool air within an hour of the techs arrival. I was not looking forward to a long night without air conditioning and because of All Four Seasons and their prompt service we slept a like babies. Once again the other companies I called never offered same day service at 3PM and these guys did. HATS OFF and thank you.

Ethan himself installed our system six years ago. This year, for the tune-up, Michael was their customer service technician. They could not have a better representative - he is very good communicating what's going on, very careful and clean when going around in the house and up in the attic, and effective in his work. Now that the HOT weather is here, we're very glad they made sure the system is in top shape. I have recommended this company to neighbors and friends in the past and I will continue to do so.

I really like Ethan, the owner. He came out to do the free estimate and was great. He answered all of my questions and explained the whole process to me very clearly. He wanted to make sure I had all the info to make the right decision. He got the quote to me the next day and it all looked great. Unfortunately, we decided to go with another company. One of Ethan's employees called me at least twice a day everyday and emailed me frequently trying to get me to sign the contract and return it ASAP. My husband didn't want to rush the install and we still needed to talk to our electrician about his part in this. Ultimately, we went with a different company because we were badgered way too much by this employee.

They were everything great other members have written about this company: polite, punctual, thorough, patient, knowledgable, fair. We ultimately decided to go with another service provider because he used a brand of mini-split unit that we preferred.

After trying to replace the thermostats myself, and blowing the fuses in my units , I decided to call a Professional. With no Airconditioning working and the fact that I had the day off from work, I dug into Angie's list and found All Four Seasons who were incredibly responsive and cuold see me immediately. Ethan, the owner of the company came over and fixed all of my mistakes and tightened some wires on my unit that were about to come apart. In addition, I had some UV lights that I had previously purchased that he was more than happy to install. Now it was time for the bill. WOW, what a class act. I was expecting him to really stick it to me for "same day service" and all the extra things he did for me. The bill was incredibly fair. Nice People Great Work Very Friendly Great Rates Great Experience I feel bad for Angie's List because the last couple of companies I have hired will be permanent. If this continues, I won't need Angie's List much longer. :)

We were having problem with our A/C unit, they came out and diagnosed all of the issues and performed an efficient repair on the spot.

They were prompt, efficient, clean, and very thorough. They were meticulous. They put the new unit in the attic. Very happy with their work.

Everything went great! Ethan came out did the estimate gave us some options. He was very honest and seemed very trustworthy. I called some other AC repair and the prices were all around the same price. I called Ethan back that evening and they were there to fix it first thing in the next morning.

When we called to schedule, we speak to a lovely person not a robot. She remembers our account and our needs. Serviceman on time, very personable, not rushed. Also informed us about excellent program, same cost, Gold Maintenance Program, we we signed up for that.

Once we chose all four seasons as our Central Air vendor, we were scheduled very quickly, they took care of the permit needed and arrived promptly on the date scheduled. The workers were very professional and courteous. They even fixed an exposed wire in our attic that could have easily caused a fire. The work was completed in the promised time frame and our new central Air is working Great as promised. I would recommend All Four Seasons to anyone looking for Professional and Quality work needed on their AC system.

It was an otherwise painless visit.

They were thorough. They gave me details about what they were going to do. I contacted them and they called me back the next day.

I am so happy I found All Four Seasons! My AC was old and f alling apart becuase it was so old. Ethan the owner expained everyting and took his time explaining everything. He even took pictures of my old duct and showed everything to me.

I was impressed with their level of expertise and ability to resolve technical issues and come up with the best solutions. I believe that they managed to put together the most efficient system in terms of SEER, EER etc... I am very happy with the results, the system is very quiet and the variable speed furnace/fan works on low speed most of the time.

THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, AND COURTEOUS. THEY CAME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO DISCUSS OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS AND WAYS TO MEET THESE NEEDS.
