All Four Seasons AC & Heating

Excellent. Highly recommend this company. On time and very professional. We were completely satisfied at home. Due to the professisonalism of this company, I am using their services at the company where I am employed. In 10 years, I have never heard an employee complain that the air was too cold!!!! We had to adjust the thermostat because the air conditioners were working properly. Since Ethan and his crew were at our site, we have not experienced any problems. At home and at work, the air temperature is perfect!!!! Thank you All Four Seasons.

Repair was successful. They were suppose to give me an estimate to relocate the Heating and A/C unit into the attic. No one has returned with an estimate.

After a long hot week we decided to go with the offer all four seasons gave us. We had all four seasons come and fix our old and very noisy ac system. We were told that the unit is very old which we knew. Ethan said if we would change our old unit to a new one within 10 days of the service he would credit the money we spend on the service. Since our unit is very old and loud we decided to do the installation with all four seasons .We called the office to make an appointment for the installation. The office staff was very great with setting up the appointment for the installation. The installers arrived on the time and did a great professional clean job. We couldn't be more satisfied. Now we have a brand new quite and a great ac system that is working great. All four seasons is a very loyal honest company who stands by there words. We are 100% satisfied and we thank all four seasons for a well done job. We will continue to use all for seasons for our rental property.

I am updating my review because originally I had an issue with my service guy not communicating well with me. I felt rushed and he didn't handle all of my concerns regarding the programming and use of my central air. I called the company after to let them know of my dissapointment and they apologized and rescheduled me right away at no cost and had the owner, ethan come out to see what he could do. Ethan was great. He programed my ac/heat unit since this is a new house and I had no idea. I realized the issues I was having were with old settings that were programmed in. It was quick and easy for him to program it and show me how. also, I had an issues with the filter situation and the service tech not explaining to me why he took my brand new filters I had recently change and replaced them. Ethan apologized and offered to buy me two new ones if I wanted the same ones I had. I said that wasn't necessary and he offered to give me two free ones that his company uses for when I need to change them in the future. I thought that was great and very fair. so now I am overall happy with the company and think I just got a service tech on a bad day and he was rushing. I appreciate them taking the time to fix the situation and I would use them again in the future.

The person that answered the phone was the owner's wife. She had all kinds of excuses why she didn't call me within 48 hours of my Angie's List purchase. Going into a big explanation that she did not get an email drop in her box like she usually does when there is a purchase. She told me she needs to confirm my purchase with Angie's List before she can make an appointment for me. So this would result in waiting another day and she will call me when she has my information need. I a few days later we coordinated an appointment. A friendly man came out to assist us. Instead of doing the list of services that were provided in the description of the purchase, he asked me what he came out for. I explained my issues. He went up on the roof and determined we needed a booster to start and keep the air conditioner running. My partner and I agreed to buy the booster. The service man didn't seem to go down any checklist of what he was providing from my purchase. Then he asked me if I checked to see if my filter needed changing. I said no, aren't you going to do that? So, he did and he replaced it. He was very personable but I ended up paying for the booster (260.00- which is really 310.00 due to the 50.00 from the original Angie's List purchase) I still don't know if I got what I paid for in the first place. He told me I got a great deal on the booster. There could have been better structure of what he did during the visit- maybe a checklist to make me feel I got the service that I purchased.

The installation was completed in 3 days, which was one day earlier than quoted. The entire team was friendly, professional and hard-working. They arrived promptly on time and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. They provided an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done, as well as what we didn't need. We are very satisfied with All Four Seasons and would highly recommend them.

The technician was professional and punctual. he explained the problem and advised on the system needs. He has also made a lot of suggestions on improving the quality of the AC without trying to sell additional services. Would definitely recommend their services

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They were on time and they did the service well. They came out around the same time I purchased the deal. I paid an extra $100 for their services.

Provider recommended replacing the unit, though did suggest that they could work on cleaning out the unit and replacing some components to get a bit more life out of it. The estimate to replace the unit seemed like a good price. Provider was very responsive and was able to come out quickly. Only after the provider left did we discover the real reason the unit was not working. The issue ended up being power was cut off to the unit through a timer system which turned off the unit during peak hours. The AC unit is old and will need to be replaced before too long and we would certainly consider this provider for the replacement even though they did not catch the power issue.

I had the company out to perform the service for the big deal. They came out, did the service call as well as replace a part. The service went great. Good experience.

They were great. They came out a day or 2 after I bought it and I paid a total of approximately $150 because I had extra work done. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again. They were very straight forward and honest and I appreciated both those qualities.

My AC went out late at night.... We knew that it will be a long hot night. I went on Angie list hoping to find the right company. I came along 3 companies. One of them was All Four Seasons. I left them a message and within 10 minutes Gail called me back( I didn't think anyone will calls back that fast ). Gail was very nice and send me someone early that morning... Now that's a great service. The tec came that morning and fixed my ac and did some extra thing .Every penny was worth it. The tec was very honest and explained everything to me. We also asked for an estimate since our ac is very old. Cant wait to do the new installation soon. I appreciate All four seasons for their great honest service. In my book you are my # 1 company. Thank you again...

With my luck my A/C system stopped working. I was recommended by a friend to contact All Four Season and Air Conditioning. When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, The lady who answered my call was very professional, and polite. She was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Ethan came in the next day and explained to me all the details and options that are available for me. he answered all my questions, and concerns. We decided to go with All Four Seasons, and went ahead and replace the unit. We were very impressed how the job was handled. the crew was professional, courteous, and left the place clean. My A/C is working great. I am so thankful my friend recommended them, and will use them again in the future.

They complained all through scheduling about how busy they were because of the heat wave. They did fit us in for a scheduled visit, gave a time window, and were an hour later than the latest time in the window. The tech diagnosed the problem immediately, and provided an estimate for repair. I called my regular AC tech, who was recovering from surgery, who said it was 5 times too expensive. Given that it was a heat wave, we went ahead, as it was hard to find people to show up , and would have had to pay a service call anyway.

They came and did the work. That service was good. However, I called them three times about another quote. Each time they told me they would call back. They have not followed up. I am using someone else for the work because they are unreliable. The price was reasonable for the work performed. The report was detailed. He seemed to be knowledgeable and the report collaborated with another provider I contacted.

On 7/17/13, I called All Four Seasons A/C and Heating to come out and provide me a quote to possibly replace my old unit. When I called, I spoke to Gail and I informed her that my unit was not working and I needed to get an estimate as soon as possible since I have 2 dogs and did not want to be without A/C. She was really nice and was able to get Ethan to come out and inspect my unit the same day. Ethan confirmed that my unit was not working and walked me through my options on whether to replace or fix the existing unit. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot! He gave me a written estimate and informed me that I would also be getting an electronic version as well. He also informed me that his office staff will be following up with me and are available to answer any of my questions---which they did!! We decided to replace our unit with All Four Seasons because they were knowledgeable, professional, and their prices were reasonable. Throughout this process, Gail (office manger) was in constant contact with us and always made sure that our needs were being met. On the day the air conditioning was being replaced, the technicians showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to cover any flooring or furniture that needed to be covered, worked efficiently, and provided me with updates on the progress of the job. They hauled away all the debris and made sure that everything was working as it should. The job was completed in a timely manner and I could not be any happier with the job that All Four Seasons A/C did. Thank you for doing a wonderful job......

wow we were very impressed with this company. We have known all four seasons( ethan the owner) for many years. We used them in our older house and when we purchased this new house we were happy to call ethan again. Again we were impressed with the knowledge and experience ethan has. we had more companies come and give us estimates and their opinion. We were not impress with the other companies. We decided to use all four seasons again. The day before the installation we received a very friendly phone call from the office telling us what time the technicians will arrive the next day. The next day came along and the technicians arrived on time. We were very happy and impressed how the technicians worked and treaded our house. Overall we are very happy and impressed by all the staff of All four seasons. . All four seasons is really about good quality work and customer satisfaction . I would recommend All four seasons to all angie's list members. If you want true quality work you should call them. Thank you again All four seasons.

They were very prompt in coming out. They came out right away because it was an emergency situation. I liked their service. There was a problem with the electrical box and they had an electrician come out right away to repair it. Which was nice because it is hot outside. I also purchased a deal for an A/C tune up and they honored that deal. However, they only changed the filter with a filter I purchased. I could have done that myself. I don't feel it was a deal at all.

Their service was fine. I just choose not to go forward with the the services they recommended. However, everything was great.
