All Four Seasons AC & Heating

We are so pleased to have chosen All Four Seasons A/C and Heating as our air conditioning company and we will NEVER use any other A/C Company! Recently, our unit stopped working. We called All Four Seasons and spoke with the office manager who was able to fit us in on a Saturday. Our appointment time was between 12:00p.m and 2:00 p.m. and the technician, Carlos showed up on time. Carlos was very pleasant and professional. He inspected the unit and told us that the capacitor shorted out and we were low on Freon. When we asked him how much it would cost to fix the issue, we were relieved to find out that it would only cost us $325! Needless to say, we had the work completed and we couldn't be any happier! Our unit is working like new again thanks to All Four Seasons. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work. They are honest, professional, and super knowledgeable.

Well , Ethan was very professional , honest and very fast and effcient in all aspects. They are a well set up and running smoothly machine as far as I can see. Everything was quickly and professionally organised with no delays. A " handle it now" approach. His team were friendly , hard working , fast and caring of each little aspect. They swooped in , performed their job with quality and service and swooped out. A great example of how a company should operate. Everything was monitored from the exec level to make sure it went well. I think they would be your best choice in getting the job done of a new A/C unit installed. A crane was required to lift the unit two stories and though it was a tight space around buildings it was handled well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Carlos showed up exactly at 3 and was extremely professional. He walked me through the various components of my system and outlined my options.

Couldn't have been happier with how quickly they were able to fit us in (same day), how promptly the technician arrived (he was even a bit early!), the quality and efficiency of the work. Should I need any further work done on the unit I will be calling on this company again.

My wife suffers from Multiple Sclerosis which is exasperated by heat. It was imperative that we get a service call on our unit which we expected would need to be recharged with "freon". We were given a 2-hour window from 1-3 pm so my wife came home from work to meet the technician. She waited and hour and a half in the heat with no call from them. I finally called the company to inquire as to the ETA of the service technician. I was informed he had been delayed by a prior appointment and was asked if we could set up a new window for between 3 and 5. We were desperate due to her condition so I agreed. As I drove home from work I called my wife to check on how it was going and she told me that when he showed up close to 5:00 he was rude to her and yelled at our dog. He was told he needed to go to another unit to get the key for the access ladder to the roof and angrily refused. Our HOA board member who holds the key had to bring it to give him access. Upon hearing this, I called the company to ask that he not treat my wife discourteously, and at the same time let them know that due to a medical problem it was important that the service call be completed. I stressed that I did not want him to leave and not do the work. I received a text from my wife that the tech came down from the roof to demand from her "who called me an a******?" She was shocked that he would behave in such an intimidating way to a customer. After he pressed her several times she responded, "well, yeah, you were kind of rude." He went back up to the roof and she texted me not to call the company again as she was feeling threatened by this man and she was very uncomfortable. I was on the phone at the time with a woman from the company who was very apologetic about his behavior. She said she had no control over his actions and suggested we not pay for the service and call another company. I knew this course of action would lead to another 24 hours of excess heat which would be unhealthful for my wife so I begged the woman on the phone to please let him complete the job. I called my wife and and assured her that I was nearly home so she would not have to be alone with him much longer. I walked in to the house and noticed that the a/c was working so I commented that that was a relief. We talked about the problems with my unit and then the tech told me he wasn't rude and to please call the company to tell them that so he would get his bonus. We told him ok and he left. My wife then informed me that when she was asked on the phone to verify her credit card information the woman on the other line abruptly asked her if the technician was an "a******". She told the woman on the phone that he was standing right there and she did not want to discuss it. I then checked the bill and saw that I was charged $250 for labor and $150 for 3 lbs of Freon. He was here aprox. 45 min. I understand that I'm going to pay more for a/c service during a heatwave, but wow! I called and asked that my coupon from Angies List be applied and I was given an extra discount considering the trouble the tech caused. I think they gave me 20% off the labor charge.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. There were no additional charges. They were very courteous and their process was good. There were no problems.

The were on time and pleasant. It's an old system so I'm not surprised that they recommended replacing and they gave us a quote but he didn't pressure us Would use again.

The pricing of All Four Seasons A/C & Heating is very competitive. More or less, it's a very good price, the recommendations and the things that they did. They got lost so I could have given them an A on punctuality, I waited a little bit. They were pretty professional. I will definitely use them if I need.

They were on Angie’s List. It was quality service and super service. We were really pleased with them. Of all the bids that we got Ethan’s bid was the most economical and it will also stop us from spending too much money in the long run.

Carlos called 1/2 hour before his arrival. Arrived during the quoted time frame. Very professional & very detailed. Explained issues with units. Only company that would squeeze us in on short notice. Shoke with Crystal & she was very friendly and courteous.

Great. Came through, checked everything out & even gave me a little more knowledge about our system.

I purchased a Big Deal for this All Four Seasons as my central heater stopped working completely after having some problems for a few weeks. The technician they sent out spent over an hour on my roof looking at it and eventually came down and told me he thought the problem was that opening that the system pulled air through was too small and that they would need to cut a bigger hole in my roof and add bigger equipment, at a huge expense. As the system is 10 years old and the size of this opening had not changed, my gut told me that he didn't know what he was talking about. I questioned him on other possibilities and he could not come up with any. I ended up calling another company to get a quote. Their technician came out within an hour, spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and told me basically that the computer chip had died. He got the new part and replaced it an hour later at a cost of about $500. This fixed the problem and 4 months later have not had any problems. If the original technician from All Four Seasons could not figure out the problem, he should have called and had a more experienced technician sent out. In the end, I paid $50 for a quote for a problem that did not exist.

Ethan was charming and a consummate professional! He arrived punctually, assessed the potential problem, let us know pricing, possibilities, and worked quickly to fix this! I highly recommend him. I will call him again for any heating or air conditioning issues. Excellent A+ job!

See above, plus they were here within 2 hours on a Saturday and fixed filter problem so one side of house worked then.

His service was wonderful and I loved everything about it. He and his crew were always on time and left nothing behind. They were very clean and made sure to sweep the floors once the work was completed. I liked their response to any of my concerns and they were honest. Rebecca, who works at the front office, was very informative and answered all of my questions promptly.They were always professional and accommodating. The customer service was excellent and the price was fair. I thought the price was in line compared to others in the area. I really enjoyed them and will definitely use their service again. I plan to use them for future maintenance work.

Everything from start to finish was easy. I found a company and read there services and purchased the coupon. It wasn't until a day later I was told they do not service wall units and also the do not service the Whittier area.

The unit worked for several hours and then again stopped blowing cool air. This was during a heatwave in the SF Valley. It was really hot. The rep came back and again made a fix. It worked but the next day (the weekend), the unit again stopped blowing cool air. This time the owner Ethan came out himself. He inspected the unit and said that we really needed an upgrade because ours was just old and would keep having the same issues. Still, he made a quick fix that repaired the unit and kept it running cool for the rest of the summer. Ethan and his rep were professional, honest and committed to getting us cool air. When we invest in that new unit, we will definitely go to All Four Seasons because they are a company we can trust.

They came and inspected the AC unit, attic and various details. they recommended a few items and gave me a report. it was all in order. I would use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. He came promptly, and that was importaant because our machine was not coming on at all, and it was during the middle of the heat wave. There was nothing really to dislike, I wasn't sure what to anticipate what the charges would be. I had to pay extra because of the part that they had to replace. The air conditioning works, and we have used it several times since, so it appears that everything is working fine.
