Fabulous! Moris and another young gentleman (sorry forgot his name) came promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided information to help get better air flow by cleaning outside condenser areas and took care of it. He checked my other unit and explained the differences between the two units I have. They both had great professional personalities. I am always hesitant but by researching on Angie's list and getting this service professionally, reasonably priced and promptly whe. The temperatures have been at boiling levels helps to keep the faith. Great job!

It was a quick walk through. Was concerned on whether my units needed replacement. Wanted a detailed explanation and specifically more options to keep within the budget. Instead the result was a very costly estimate. Questions and concerns could have been addressed in a better manner.

Carlos tried so hard to make our 30 year old dead unit work. He got on our roof in the blazing heat and did the best he could, but it just is too old and worn out. We so appreciate that he worked so hard and stayed for 3 hours on a low profit service call. There was nothing in it for him and the company other than the desire to prove what service really means. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even suggested we get other bids on the replacement of our unit. He even gave us the part number so we could research it and showed us photos of some of the damage. What great service!! And we found out that our attic was 112 degrees at 7 pm! yikes.

I was concerned that I would need the ducts cleaned out as the bedrooms were not getting any cool air. I used the $69.00 service call provided for Angie's list and was more than happy with the results! They were prompt and very pleasant and polite. They went into the attic to check the ducts and said the main duct was not connected. (Basically I was air conditioning my attic!). He reconnected the ducts, checked the pressure and freon levels. In the middle of this heat wave it was so nice to have someone so honest and professional to deal with. I will definitely call them again when need!

So so SO happy I made this call! Our A/C unit stopped working (fan blowing air but not cooling at all) on the hottest summer night, and we couldn't go through another day of that heat. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Veronica to see if I would be able to have someone come out that day. They had an opening in their schedule and I was given a two-hour window just a few hours from the time of my call. I mentioned that I found them on Angie's List and saw there was a coupon, and asked if I should purchase it. She said absolutely (saving me a bit of money!). She also let me know that Carlos would be the one making the service call and that she would contact me when he was on his way. About 15 minutes into my two-hour window, I got the call that Carlos was on his way. He showed up about 10 minutes later, checked out the system to see what the problem was and found it right away. He showed me the faulty part, confirmed that he had that part in the truck, and less than 15 minutes later, the part was replaced, my house was cooling off, and Carlos was on his way to help the next poor victim of this heat. I was impressed with the speed and service, but what really set them apart in my book is the level of professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

After getting four estimates to replace my entire 25+ year old HVAC system and ducts, I went with All Four Seasons. Why they stood out from the rest was that Ethan seemed very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and listened to exactly what I wanted (which was improved efficiency and better cooling upstairs). I had done a bit of research on upfront costs vs efficiency prior to getting the estimates and was happy that he didn't try to sell me on a system that I didn't want or need just to keep costs down. His written estimate was detailed as to model numbers and work to be completed. Plus his quote was very fair and competitive with the others. His guys knocked it out in two full days. I could not be happier with the quality of work they did. They were fast and efficient. Demoed all the old duct work and equipment. Well prepped the closet and plenum box for the new furnace and coil. Replaced the refrigerant line set with insulated and properly sized lines. Cut and ran new supply vents in the upstairs rooms to improve cooling. New connections on everything (didn't try to use any old stuff to cut corners). New ducting. Everything inside and outside sealed up properly. They cleaned up and vacuumed everywhere when they were done. Looked like they were never here. The HERS rater even commented that he was impressed with the high quality of installation. Top of the line job. Overall, All Four Seasons was outstanding. HVAC contractors take note? this is exactly how a successful company does business. I absolutely recommend them and will continue using them in the future.

It was fine. He suggested that the pilot light was uncovered and that we should have someone come and fix it. He wrote everything out for me. He was very prompt and efficient. The price was great! I know I couldn't get a better deal on a diagnostic otherwise.

Our air conditioning went out late in the evening, I called several companies the next morning and All Seasons was the only one that said they could come out that day. They gave us a window of 9am to 11am and arrived within that window. Our unit had frozen, so the technician said they would need to return either at the end of the day or the next. I panicked at the thought of spending another night without air conditioning and thought for sure this was an excuse to bump us to the next day. I remained in contact with their main office, and was thrilled when she told me they would have someone back to the house before days end. The unit was fixed by 6pm that evening. We were very satisfied by the work that was done and the friendly and knowledgable staff.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. I was not home while they did the service, but I was pleased with the outcome. They were easy to get in contact with and to schedule.

This was a Sunday call and this company was only one available to come out so that was great. Carlos was actually early for the two hour window which was also great. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and repair it. Unfortunately, after extensive testing, he determined that the problem should be addressed by a plumber since there was a clog in an internal pipe in our condo building. This is a company I will do business with again and recommend in a heartbeat.

In todyThe technician, Carlos, arrived within the scheduled two hour window. He was dressed professionally, and appeared knowledgeable and capable. He tested the gas pressures in both units, found that one unit needed an additional two lbs of freon gas, which he provided at a cost of $91 per lb (total=$182). Aside from showing me the meter reading indicating low freon pressure, not having an independent knowledge of the correct pressure, I felt confident that this was reasonable, since freon had not been topped off since the unit was installed nearly twenty years ago. He also replaced a blown capacitor in one unit, at a cost of $146. Again having no independent knowledge of the cost of this capacitor, the cost seemed to me a little on the steep side, compared to an unknown, but probably much cheaper wholesale price. This is the only reason I rated them "B" on price. I give them the benefit of the doubt, since I do not know their acquisition costs, and also I know it is routine practice among all contractors to mark up steeply replacement parts stocked on their trucks. My wife is a fanatic about her clean carpets, and Carlos respected this by removing his shoes when he entered this house. In today's information and internet based economy, it is harder for unscrupulous contractors to operate "under the radar," especially if they abide by the rule to always choose a contractor based on the ratings on Angie's List. This company is a sterling example of this principle. While, I have noticed a tendency to over-rate when customers are happy, along with a tendency to underrate when they are not, one must realize that even an entirely honest, conscientious contractor with fair prices may have a few unsatisfied customers (you can't please everyone). The fact that this company had a nearly perfect report card was highly predictive of the excellent service I received from them.

Carole was very helpful and took extra time to bring necessary part and repaired the AC the same day. It was hot day, so the service was very appreciated.

My technician was great. He was courteous and timely. He gave me an overview of my ac unit as we are new owners. He told me about rust on one part but did not try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely be contacting them to do my regular service.
