The installation went well. Alan did a very professional job. The grill was smaller than the original grill but Alan was able to successfully install the new grill.

After looking over the various gas logs available in the shop, we purchased one and scheduled Alan to come out to install it. He showed up on time and did a great job of installation. Give us good instructions on the use of our fireplace and answered all our questions. Good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

That guy is great! People who live around me should really use him! It was the best thing ever. I mean, wow! Amazing! He really understood my barbecue, all of the parts in it and how it works, and its an expensive barbecue! He was really, really efficient. Really a nice guy. Really expert, I mean super expert! That guy knows everything about barbecues. He cleaned everything really well and made it like new again. It was like I bought a new barbecue. Just great! The price was really great. I thought it was really cheap for what he did. He is like the crand egrave;me de la crand egrave;me of barbecue fixers. That guy is awesome. I'm sure he has a good business and he deserves it.

Alan is a true professional. I went to his shop and he walked me through all the options relative to gas grills. He delivered the grill and installed it in on my BBQ island insuring the people that did the gas line to the island set it up perfectly. He demonstrated the unit, showed me how to clean and maintain it and made sure that if I had more questions I should contact him directly. He's been in the business for 30 years and it shows. I highly recommend Alan and his company.

Alan did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. I initially spoke with him on the phone and described my problem. He gave me different options for a replacement fire pit ring, provided advantages/disadvantages of each option, and did not push for the most expensive option - rather the one that made the most sense. He ordered the ring and was at my house within a week for the installation. He noted several things done incorrectly with the initial installation, and he was able to fix all the problems that were possible to fix. He also provided me with the option of purchasing the gravel to fill the bottom of the fire pit on my own, or having him purchase it. It only took him one hour to complete the job.

Alan is very professional and personable. He came promptly and provided an estimate, then returned as promised to make repairs and install new equipment.
