Safari Exotic Animal Cages

I ordered three cages from Safari Exotic Animal Cages. The first two shipped and arrived. I had an installer arrive the day they did but all that this company had shipped were the sides and roofs - not the parts you use to attach the cages together. I called these people and they said the parts were in-between the sides or in a box at the bottom. I told them they were not because they weren't. They apologized and sent out the parts to me which arrived the second day. I then ordered another cage with an addition side. This shipment arrived today. Again - the installer is here. AND ONCE AGAIN - the parts are not attached in a box or in-between the sides. This costs me money to have an installer arrive prior to when these cages can be made. I find it a little hard to believe they would make the same mistake again - and really kind of think they leave these parts out hoping you will purchase them somewhere near you and not ask them to send them. That way they make money for something you NEVER get. Of course, when you call and complain - they do send the parts to you. I do not recommend this company because of this. I am not going to lie (which I am somewhat suspicious that Safari does) and say the cages are not built well - but for you to have to pay someone else to install like I do - and then have to pay them for the day they arrived yet can't install - it costs you more money. There are more animal cage services out there and I will not use these people again nor recommend them to anyone else.
