+ -1 moreValencia roofing came out to look at the roof and then determined it was probably the liner under the tiles and provided us with an estimate. They returned within a week to complete the work. The final price was the same as the estimate. They were nice, polite, and very quick. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken tile and a section of roof liner.

+ -1 moreA. BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR PROMPTNESS. EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THEY DID. WE JUST HAD THE WORST RAIN AND THE ROOF DIDN'T LEAK, SO THEY MUST HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB.
