Tee did a fantastic job! She knew exactly how to saw this heavy bookcase and made short work of it. She was very skilled, professional, and fun to talk to as well. Highly recommended!

The team painted over a ceiling water stain, re-stained some exterior columns, and fixed a piece of the exterior molding that had fallen off. For the ceiling and the molding, extra attention was needed but the team took care of it once being notified, and at no extra cost. Everyone was also very friendly.

The work went well. They did a nice job. Tee and her worker were there in a timely manner. They worked efficiently and work was completed on time as promised. I was confident in their abilities. I liked that Tee consulted with me when questionable items arose( ie variation in color of floor panels).

I had a wonderful experience working with TLC Construction Drafting. Tee and her team were very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I initially started work on my hone addition with a different contractor but when the contractor started bumping up the cost 2x from initial estimates, I decided to look for someone else. This is when Tee came in for the rescue. The work I got done was a 300 sq ft master bedroom addition including a bathroom and master closet. For this project, My budget was tight and Tee was able to work with me by providing different options without compromising the quality of the work. I decided to go with Tee because of her professionalism, responsiveness, and fair price. My wife and I have no complaints whatsoever! The final results came out beautiful as expected. We enjoyed working with her. They showed up on time, work efficiently, and they did things done to perfection. I don't like a worker only being concerned about finishing the job, they cleaned up after each job, and if there's a problem they took care of it.
