I terminated their service in April because they billed me without doing a service call. They also claimed another time to have done the service but I had locked the gates so they could not have done anything but the front of the house. Then after terminating the service they came when we were gone for the summer, got access from our neighbor. (neighbor didn't know)

Went well. Always come back if we spot any pests before our next appointment.

THEY CAME AND SPRAYED MY YARD FOR TICKS BUT WITHIN WEEKS WE DIDN'T SEE A DIFFERENCE. we WERE STILL FINDING THEM ON OUR DOGS. GAVE YUMA PEST A CALLED WITH NO HESITATION THEY CAME BACK OUT AND USE STRONGER SPRAY WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Explained in detail what they were doing.

Everything was good that I was satisfied with it. I also am comfortable with the price and there's no problem. They answered all my questions.

I cancelled their service. I had problems with their service and also their billing. They started raising their rate every a couple of years and this is without any notification. I asked one of the technician, I said, " I wish they would let me know what the cost would come up to be, they really should notify their customers." and the guy told me, " I told them that too" and he said, he was told by his superiors it would cost so much to send out notices that they would rather just put up with the complaints. I told them that no one is allowed on the property when we're gone and we got a bill saying that they came out and sprayed. So my husband called them and said, We told you not come out on the property when were out and they said sorry about that. We knew that they were being deceptive and I talked to the manager, he asked me to please stay with them, and I said no. There have just been too many things that have happened over years. They started really good for a number of years and then they got bad. They always show up when I wasn't ready.

My experience with them has been very good. They were on time, courteous, and friendly.

They are very friendly and very courteous. They come and do their job. I have had very good interactions with them.

They do a great job. They are very professional.

They are great. I'm under contract with them and they come every 3 months. They have great staff and service. I pay about $30 a month. They come out every quarter, spray, and check for termites. It is $92 a quarter. If you have gophers and insects in between, they'll come out at no charge. In fact, I had gophers 3 weeks ago and they came out. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them.

We had Yuma Pest & Termite come out to spray the outside of our house due to black widows, and spiders. They were very helpful and knowledgable on the phone, that was however it. I called the next day because I walked around the house and found four more living black widows. They said they said they would come, and did not. I had my spouse call after a week, they said they would have someone out here the day I called and they did not show...again. They claim to return if the service provided did not treat for the problem up to a month from the time they spray. Unfortunately that is not true.

I will never use this company again because of their unfair billing practices. It is unethical tp bill for a service that you did not perform. They have no right to send someone to my house without an appointment.
