X-Treme Carpet Care

When I called, I got the voicemail service. I'm usually reluctant to leave a message, assuming the call won't be returned within a reasonable time or even worse, during an meeting. However, since it was about 8pm, and I was on a deadline, I left a simple message with a phone number. Within 10 minutes, I received a return call! I was explained the costs, and the process and was assured I wouldn't be inconvenienced by moving furniture around. I was given a specific time for 2 days out and how long it would take. When he arrived, I was greeted professionally and he was very courteous and respectful of my home and belongings. The quote was much lower than it should have been! He did so much and wasn't able to promise that all the stains would come out. Less than 2 hours later, I returned. All of the furniture had been put back in place. The carpet was completely dry already and every piece of fabric in the house was cleaned! In addition, he was able to remove the cool-aid stains, including one that was on the corner of the tile and the carpet! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and won't hesitate before calling him again!

Rick, the gentleman that performed the service is the owner and operator of X-Treme Carpet Care. He demonstrated great care in everything he did for us. Originally we only asked for two couches and a large chair to be done, but after we saw the effort and detail he used we asked for two smaller chairs and one bedroom carpet to also be cleaned. The price was excellent considering the great quality of service we received. Now, we know who to call if we need something to be cleaned or if someone asks us.

The carpets were in two bedrooms; one belonging to a teenager and one belonging to my 8 year old son. I am embarrassed to say we had not had those carpets cleaned since they were installed over 5 years ago. They just never seemed to stay clean long enough. We also had 5 dogs for 4 of those years and they were always in and out of both rooms. The guy who came to my house, Rich, was very professional and incredibly nice. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and he answered every question. He was a funny guy and very easy to talk to, but he never let his work slack. I was very impressed with his work technique. I didn't really know what to expect because the carpets had so many bad stains. When he was done they looked as good as they did the first day they were installed. Even my 8 yr old thought we had gotten new carpets because they were so clean. It's only been a week, but every time I go into one of those rooms I'm still impressed with how they look!
