Process went well from getting quote to install and follow up. 10 windows replaced; I went with 2 double hung, 7 sliders and one picture. Install date, 3 workers showed up on time at 7am.. One did walk through, as others started unloading materials. The flow was smooth with removal of old window while prepping to install new one. I purchased Series 4000. The slider slides from either window pane meaning left window slides right and right window can slide left depending on which side you want open. They cleaned up was done for each window as the final caulking was completed. The windows were polished as a final step. The lead worker then reviewed the operation and cleaning instructions of the different windows. Paperwork reviewed and they were on their way shortly after 11am. There is less heat coming into the house, a slight tint on the window helps with some additional privacy when curtains are open, outside sounds are reduced dramatically. Overall very happy with service and product.

First I want to say just how easy it was to work with Ko and the Window World team. Having just recently purchased a fixer upper, I was in the market for new (energy efficient) windows. My wife and I called many local and national window companies. Though the quote was free, often times the salesperson had a very limited time to make the selection. The pricing of the quotes were all pretty similar, though Sears had an impressive pitch with guaranteed corrections of existing problems. Though all of the quotes were in the high 'teens for all the windows. We found Window World through Angie's list and called to set up our appointment just after I returned from work (after their normal business hours) One of the owners (Ko) came to the house to measure and quote himself and after a half hour or so (and plenty of measurements) he gave us a quote that was just about half of the others. I wanted to see when we could see the types of windows in person and Ko generously suggested that we go by the office (well past business hours at this time) and see them. Once we arrived, Ko was not pushy or condescending and allowed my wife and I the opportunity to review all of the window types and answered all of my (many) questions. Since we were satisfied at the excellent quality and efficiency of the windows we increased our order from half the house to the entire house. Going through the financing option was a breeze as well and we were approved on the spot. Through Ko's entire explanation of the install and ordering of the windows (many had to be custom made) from a plant here in Yuma, he kept using the phrase that he'd rather "under-promise and over-deliver". He kept our expectations manageable and let us know it would be 8 weeks for the install. He kept in contact during our wait time and again came to the house on his own time to measure the windows for final sizes. It was only about 3-4 weeks later and we were called that our windows were ready and they would be stopping by to install them on our schedule. On the install day, John, Justin, and Sisco arrived and very quickly started to remove the old windows and begin the setup for installation. They were all courteous and worked very well together, asking if they could go to each room and start work. At the end of the 1st day they were 90% complete as they had installed all the windows and only had a handful that required trimming. They completed everything this morning and it is amazing! We will see just how efficient the windows are in the next month or two, but they look great, and the measurements of the custom windows were spot on! Best of all, Ko himself came out to the house to check at the end of the 1st day to ensure that everything that was done was done to our satisfaction. So far, this company has demonstrated excellent customer service and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows! Keep it up!

Quickly estimated and repaired very good job.

I had a single pane of glass that needed repair and called multiple shops to see if they could repair, but not replace, my window. Honestly, Window World of Yuma was difficult to get in touch with. I first made multiple attempts via their website to no avail. Each time I received an error. I then attempted to call. I had to leave several messages and then played phone tag for a day or two with Reni. When I finally spoke to Reni though she was quite helpful and after I explained my issue (replace a single pane, not the whole window) she told me they couldn't help but then gave me the name of a company that could. For that I was grateful.

The salesman was very helpful and very informative. He may have been a little pushy in the sense that if you made the decision right there in your home, you would get the discount. The quality has been very good although we have not gone through the summer yet, that will tell. The installers were good and very respectful of personal property. They were quick and knowledgeable. We had one window that wasn't glassed properly and they came out and replaced it, they also let us keep the window. Their warranty is very good and each window has a warranty for one breakage. The windows are double paned and sun tinted. As far as I know they are very good. We had a personal issue with one of the installers and he called and said I have to take care of this and I will be there in 30 minutes.
