Description of Work: I have worked with multiple companies in Yuma and had problems with completeness or not having work done when said it would be done or actual bad work done (I can show pictures). In fact, one company did a terrible job on the kitchen counters and refused to fix it. I could give you a list of the companies I won't use again...BUT Terry Galindo's Window Fashions is NOT one of those. She was supportive of my indecision, spent a lot of time with me to ease my fears and concerns. I ordered windows coverings for our entire house including a patio door vertical blind. The work was done on time and put in quickly. A piece turned up missing (found out when installing), it was ordered and put in the next time I was in the area to let her attach it. There was no additional cost to us for the piece missing in labor or the cost of the piece. The vertical blind was delayed from the rest but that wasn't her fault, the company backordered the material. It came with a better styled design choice than what I ordered, but it was a good mistake which will make the vertical blinds last longer for renters (the most important thing). The difference for the mistake was $75.00 and we split the cost in half. I can't say enough about her professionalism, concern for the client and the overall job being well done. I have had so many problems with suppliers in the city from delivering wrong items, to construction taking over a year because we weren't in the area to keep on top of them that I was scared to actually take another chance on another company in Yuma. I found Terry's company on Angie's List and even though the rating wasn't as good as I would have liked, I took a chance because she was on Angie's List and knew there must have been something else to the story and there was. Give her a chance. You will be pleased with the work ethic and the product.

Description of Work: Do not ever go through window fashions. Teri seems nice and professional but in the end we were sold a bunch of junk that is hanging side ways on our house. She over charged us more than 30% than a home depot would we thought we were paying high price for something with quality and we ended up with trash. Within a week of install the company had to come back and restring the roman shade in our bedroom and it still hangs side ways when opened. within a month of install the string kept coming out of one of our children bedrooms and it had to be restrung. now today I sit here in my new home with 3 windows that has the poorest quality of roman shades I have ever seen I have asked Teri to come and fix it but she tried to claim maybe my son who is older broke it??? even though it has been broken and a problem since installed. Teri also took pictures of my home without my permission or knowledge and made flyers with photos of my home on it claiming she staged my home this was put in a model home where I live. I picked and designed my own home and never once had anything picked out by this company. Save your money go to Home Depot or Lowes
