Description of Work: Rewired part of a 1935 home to meet current codes. House is built with thick concrete walls, not sheetrock. An extremely difficult job. Was prompt and arrived on schedule. Quality of the work was top notch.

 + -1 moreHe is excellent. We like him. He does such a good job he doesn't have to come back and fix it again. I don't know about the price because I don't ask him how much, and he doesn't give me a bill but he's always been reasonable. I have never paid an enormous amount. I think replacing the panel would have been the highest amount that was about $800 for the whole thing. He is close to average in regards with the price. He gets here as soon as he can, which is on the top of business.
Description of Work: We use Wells Electric LLC all the time. He is our regular electrician. The last time he came and fixed our park, he does both home and park. He rewired the building and shed for us. He replaced our breaker panel and also rewired some street lights.

 + -1 moreI have called Wells Electric several times over the past few years he has always been propt his prices ar fair and his work is good. I also find he will work with you and have you do some of the prep work you can do to keep the total cost down.
Description of Work: We have used Wells Electric Several times the last time was to rebuild an Electrical pedistal in the RV Park. he is great and now we are waiting for parts and he isnt worried about a bill while we wait.
