+ -1 moreThey did not have all the parts to service my swamp cooler and when they came back to fix it did not inform me that the job was done. I had a house sitter at the house while I was on vacation. The air conditioner also blew a large capacitor so it did not work. The swamp cooler would of worked but I and my house sitter thought it was broken so it was not used. Lack of communication was the largest problem and it cost me a lot in electricity.

+ -1 moreStephanie in the office is always so very helpful. I called in with my service issue and within a couple of hours we had a technician out to our home. I rarely need to have them come out, but when I do they always treat me like I am the most important customer they have. They are always very freindly and helpful. I reccommend Viking Air to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: the a/c was not coming on at all. Kenny came out, he found the compressor and condensor fan not coming on. He found a stuck pressure switch on high side of circuit, he by passed the HPS to test unit, and it was running with good pressure. He also fixed some insulation that was sucked into the fan, washed the condensor coil and changed the battery's in the thermostat.
