We paid our contract amount in October, then we sold the house in November. Truly Nolan will not refund the approximate $200 worth of contract left. That is not right to my frame of thinking.

We had crickets inside the house and bad red ant problem outside. After the first treatment, the crickets have been gone completely. The red ants is an ongoing issue but not a fault of the service, just the area we live in. A little on the expensive side as we are paying more here in AZ than we did for more service in CA. Love our guy Aaron that comes to the house. He's knowledgable, friendly and even greats our dog.

Went horrible. Inspector arrived two hours late, didn't have the chemicals and asked to reschedule the next day. Called me the next day at noon and indicated he didn't have the chemical and had to contact the supervisor who was out of town to get the key for the chemicals and that he would reschedule to a later date. I immediately advised them to not bother, called the Phoenix office and asked for their assistance and never got a return call. Will never use Truly Nolen.

Mike and Aaron came back the very next day and took very good care of us. We were so pleased we signed an aggrement for their services for one year. Mike told us if we had any problems they would be right over to check it out an fix it if possible. They called to let us know they were running about fifteen minutes late and arrived fifteen minutes later. Good job guys.

Other than the Price good service. $90 to start - this I do not agree with plus $35 first month charge. ending up being $125 ( not happy with this portion, however, the rest is comforting to know) normal is $35 a month every month for them to come 4 times a year however, they will do on call work between quarterly sprays witch is good.
