+ -1 moreWe have been working with since 6 months ago. They charge well, but they do their job very well. They are professional and hard working. You call them and they send someone out right away. They are just very efficient. They have installed used equipment for us.

+ -1 moreI purchased a new Rheem heat pump from Tri Sun 2+ yrs.ago. It started running excessively during the summer. Tri Sun recharged it at no cost. a couple months, it started r;unning excessively again. They came out and found an almost indetectable leak. They recharged it again at no charge. They said that they would come back in a couple months when it was cooler and would not inconvenience me and replace the part which they did. I replaced the previous heat pump which I purchased 20yrs. ago from them. I've had work done by them@ home and work over the years. I've always found them fair and been satisfied with their work.

+ -1 moreI have used Tri Sun in the past on other homes and my business. They are fair, honest, and stand behind their work.
Description of Work: I purchased a new home in may and in july the a/c quit working. It is a Trane unit installed by Quick refrigeration here in Yuma. They came out the next day, (not real QUICK) and made the repairs under warranty. A week later it stop again and Quick came out and made more repairs. A month goes by and the unit stops again and more repairs were done. That winter i tried to use the heater and no heat came out. More repairs done by Quick. The next summer the A/c stopped working again and Quick came out and did more repairs. This time they gave me a $300.00 repair bill due to my 1-year warranty being out. Quess what, a week goes by and unit quit working again. This time I called Tri Sun Refrig. They came out and made a simple repair and only charged me $50.00.
