We are satisfied with the service. Pricing is fair. Overall, the service is excellent.

We have a bi-monthly contract with them. They had come about three weeks ago and then we got some black ants in our bathroom. I called them up and I told them that we had black ants. She told that there is no problem and that they would be there in two days. They came and sprayed with no charge. Actually they are very good, they would call me about every other month and would say that it is ready for my service and would ask when it would be a good time in that way I could set it up that week. A lot of companies want us to say second Tuesday of every month or every other month. Sometimes that second Tuesdays just don't work for me. They spray and they are very neat. They are very nice with the dogs. They are very good about going everywhere in the corners and very professional. We don't have any bugs. Their price is competitive. Their quality is very good because once they spray they are gone. We have a pool too so that attracts bugs so they wanted us to do every month, but my husband doesn't like the spray because of the dogs so we came up with the every other month. It works out very well because the bugs are gone enough for me and it doesn't affect the plants or the dogs. They are always quick to come and are very punctua

I have a yearly contract with them. I liked their concern for our new little and their honesty. They always clean up stuff and leave everything better than when they came. I have renewed my contract with them this month. I will be using their service in the future.
