 + -1 moreEstimator came out, looked around, asked me a few questions, answered the ones I had, & gave me a price. He really impressed me. Couple days later I got work date set. At the scheduled time two workmen came out & did exactly what the estimator & I had agreed on. They really impressed me with their professionalism. Very obvious these men were well trained & experienced. Very well mannered & did a thorough job including cleaning up afterwards. No tricks, no surprises, no problems.Yuma

 + -1 moreThe service was horrible. We paid for some new air conditioners. The company said that these units would go down to 45-50 degrees. The max that they went down was 60-65 degrees. These were for our office environment; since we are a produce company. The owner assured me that it would go down that far. We were not satisfied what so ever. We paid them upfront. They did a poor job. They never went back to finish either. I called them numerous times too and they never contacted us back. The worst thing is that they convinced us to purchase new. He sold us 2 brand new units. They had poor professionalism and try to sell you things you don’t need.

Description of Work: A wind storm blew a tree branch onto our property pulling our riser from our roof. This was the first company we called. While they were timely showing up to the house for an estimate, the technician started spewing out numbers then gave us a large sum that didn't come close to adding up to what he walked us through then insisted on 50% deposit before they started work. There was no written estimate to explain the random grand total. We opted to get a second opinion. They had fairly similar estimates but were less than half of this mystery quote grand total. I'd recommend having technicians work on their math skills and giving clients a written quote.

 + -1 moreThe job went very well from start to finish, they were very courteous, answered any questions I had, cleaned up after themselves, they were very knowledgable in there work.
Description of Work: I had a outside garage light install, an extra GFIC outside outlet installed, an extra inside outlet on a separate breaker installed, all of this needed new wire to be installed, a new electrical box w/bracket for a ceiling fan, re-wired a smoke detctor, replaced a 3-way switch

 + -1 moreOverall very Happy with this company, Technicians are prompt and curtious as well as the people I have talked to on the phone. I would have scored price differently dependant upon local rates if I knew what the average was for our area
Description of Work: First contact with this company was through our home warranty company for an electrical problem with a couple of our outlets in the house. The technician arrived right on time, after about 15 minutes he discovered the problem was with the GFI outlet, had it repaired in a few minutes and while here went ahead and checked all the outlets in the house and found no further problems. We called them back to install a new light and to install a new outlet for our stove and I received a confirmation call back promptly. Again a technician showed up right on time and installed the new outlet and light fixture(ours) in no time. All together with parts, labor and tax it came out to $122.
