+ -1 moreCalled at 6am local time. arrived at property within 2 hours backwashed, got chemicals balance, set pool pump to start at programed timed, vacuumed pool and skimmed. charged 40.00 for emergency service, which is cheap considering I live as far east as you can get in Yuma. I sent check in mail same day. Excellent service. Thank you so much .
Description of Work: While on Vacation in Michigan my dog sitter said my pool was not working properly. I got on Angie's list and saw reviews for Sparkle Brite. I decided to give them a try as all the other pool companies in Yuma are unreliable from my 12 years experience living there. Becky said she would go check it out right away. She called me from my property within hours. Took care of all the problems and set my pool pump back to regular operation. I am so appreciative of the wonderful service. She also said do not hesitate to call her with anything else goes wrong while we are away. I take care of my own pool and did not trust any other company to do regular service while we were gone. I have found that as soon as they find out you are gone on vacation or at work the service goes down the tubes. Not so with Sparkle Brite. The girl I have staying at my house said the pool looks and is working great.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and got straight to work. I was able to ask questions while they worked and they gave me alot of info about the system i have and how to take care of it. I have never had a pool before so this information was very valuable to me. When they were done with the work, they showed me how to clean my pump filter since my system does not have a backwash attachment and they also gave me a complete run-though of each part of our system. The time they took to repair the pump and the cost were spot-on and the bill was exactly what they quoted which was fantastic (they did not charge extra for the time they stayed to walk me through the system). They did not talk down to me as others have because i don't know much about pools, they were helpful and patient with my questions. I have hired them to take over my pool cleaning weekly and this has really taken alot of stress off my shoulders. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone honest and reliable to help them with their pool needs. Fantastic team and fantastic service.
Description of Work: They came out and checked the pool pump and figured out what the problem was. They explained what the issue was and notified me of other things they saw that they recommended be taken care of. They wrote up a proposal for cost of material and labor and scheduled an appt for the next week to come back and repair.

Description of Work: Having a couple rentals with pools, this is my third company after having to "let go" the other two for irregular service and "odd" charges. To date tennant in both homes are completely pleased with the service level provided. They're out when they say and the pools stay clean.

+ -1 moreI called multiple companies after having problems with the actual installer of my pool and a follow on pump issue. Alan called me back immediately (while on his vacation) and met me two days later (after returning from another state). He showed up right on time, troubleshot and fixed my pressure issue, and even took the time to walk me through what I had been doing wrong and how to avoid this in the future. The company that installed the pool had given us no guidance, so just his little classes were awesome and will save me a fortune in the future. In the end we had to discuss price. To say I was pleased with a $60 fee for everything he had done would be an understatement. He was very honest, professional and prices his services fairly. Highly recommend Alan and Beckie for either your regular service, or if you need some professional assistance in your pool.
