+ -1 moreI called her last minute Friday evening, for an availability on Saturday. She showed, a little late. But the apartment looked magnificent and smelled great when she left. She doesn't hesitate to move furniture to get at all the grime. I would highly recommend her.
Description of Work: She cleaned a two bedroom, two story apartment, that a bachelor had let get in terrible shape.

+ -1 moreI have used Sara's Cleaning Service three times and they have been excellent. Short notice response times. I can call them in a day or two in advance and they will be here the next day or the day after. They are thorough, friendly and I live in a very large apartment complex. They figured it out how to find my apartment without too much trouble. Sara definitely comes out. Sometimes there may be a second person sometimes not. They used my vacuum but then again I have a Dyson. Sara was not happy with it the last time I was here because it is real heavy for her and I have stairs. Pricing to me I think they are under-priced but I dont know what the competition in the area is. Very polite lady.
Description of Work: They took a really messy bachelor apartment and turned it around, bathrooms, kitchen everything.

+ -1 moreI was very disappointed with the quality of work that was done. In more than one area, I had to go back and re-clean. The fans and refrigerator were not cleaned, and the drawers were not wiped out, even though I specifically asked for that to be done.

Description of Work: Cleaned large 2-bedroom condo. Cleaned open surfaces, including laundry area, patio. Not cleaned: cupboard interiors, dishes, laundry. Charge included first-time charge of $20. Future scheduled cleanings are $60, once monthly. Additional fees, for e.g. windows, refrigerator, are reasonable.

+ -1 moreThe price was excellent for what I got. They did a deep clean when they first started then they went to weekly maintenance of floors, bathrooms, kitchen and that kind of stuff. They were very considerate about the smell of their cleaning products. They used them and then came back to see if we liked the smell, did we have a reaction and are you happy with the way it looks. They were very punctual, they didn't excuses for why they weren't there - they were always there and did a great job. I will be using them again.
