Warning. Told us the job would take 3 to 4 days to complete. Paid money up front. After 30 days of not showing up when he said he would, not answering his phone or returning calls repeatedly, not providing all materials that we paid for we had to get materials and finish the job ourselves. Very unreliable in every way.
Description of Work: Laying pavers, irrigation, plant removal and cleanup.

He didn't completely take the money and I am satisfied for what he did. He would not accept the money until he finishes his job and I am satisfied, that I have a fantastic yard now.

Did job, or had his men do work while he sat in truck. Needed him to return to reset timer. Called ,he answered ,then would not follow through getting back to me. Three times I called, made promises & then wouldn't answerphone.Called someone else who was at my house immediately. This man is totally unreliable. F
