Description of Work: We called for routine maintenance on our AC/Heating and were given a time of 2pm to 3:30pm. We've called on this company in the past and have had excellent service even when the AC quit working during the very hottest temps in Yuma, AZ. They've always been on time and friendly and completed the service in a timely manner without telling us something "had " to be repaired just to add to the bill. We have been very satisfied with this company,having used them many times.

Description of Work: My a/c unit wasn't working properly. my wife call Polar Cooling. Martin Covarrubias a/c tech. shows up Inspect the Unit and Found : The capacitor was burned causing warming in the compressor..

Description of Work: Welded shut a small leak & replaced a condenser fan capacitor.

Description of Work: I had them come out to do routine maintenance and THEY BROKE THE A/C UNIT WITH FAULTY MAINTENANCE. then lied about what they did and tried to cover it up. after i called extremely mad, after they blew off my wife for a few days, they came right over. the tech that came did 3 things; 1. installed the rest of the kit they had claimed to have already installed. 2. then said " i dont know why the (2nd tech to come out) said it was the starter kit its clearly a busted compressor(turned out to be part of the problem but the starter kit they installed kicked it over the edge) a common tactic with crooked HAVC repair companies if to find the issue and either fix it while claiming more needs to be fixed or not fix it and claim it something else that will make it work for a few days or weeks. 3. scare my wife out of using the home warranty saying they would take weeks and months to get out and do it; followed by he used to for for them and they didn't pay the bill. GUESS WHAT THEY DON'T PAY THE BILL WITH THEY FIND YOU AT FAULT. In the end another company had to come out. which i will not recommend either as they don't have any respect for women and i had to call and get it done no matter that my wife had called all week they were ALL SEASONS HEATING AND COOLING. the end result was 1 the compressor was over filled (another tactic to break your a/c over time.) 2 the compressor had to be replaced and 3 the return had to be enlarged. it took over 10 techs to come out before someone took the time to figure it all out and that some one was the owner of all seasons. and in the process some one was fired.

Description of Work: I used Polar Cooling for heating and AC repairs. They removed and replaced the old AC and put a new one in house. I am going to call them up to have a service before the summer begins.

Description of Work: AC quit cooling on a 110+ weekend day. Polar cooling had a technician here within two hours, and it was fixed within 10 minutes (wire had burned in two. Tech replaced wire) I paid for the service call and the weekend overtime fee ($15 an hour)

Description of Work: Installed a new 3 ton unit and separate air handler, removed the old unit and patched up the ducting very nicely. Rewired my digital control and cleaned everything up nicely.

Description of Work: My parents purchased a unit from them in May of 2009. They came out to their house, installed it, and never put back the roof tiles that they removed. They left it stacked on our roof next to the new unit. It took them weeks to come back out to put the roof tiles back, after my mom kept calling them. Less than a year later, the new unit stopped working properly. It was getting hot, and AC did not work anymore. It would turn on and blow air, but never cooled the house. My mom called and someone came to fix it. Even though it was still under the one year warranty, they still charged. Winter of 2010, the heater stopped working. My mom once again called for them to come fix it. Now it is summer of 2011 and what do you know, the AC does not work. SAME PROBLEMS but different seasons. Yet, they continue to charge each time. They are currently working on our unit now. It is at hour 2 and the guy was on his cell phone the last hour. What has the repair guy been doing the last hour on the roof? Talk on his freaking cell phone. Yeah that's great! Waste my parents money!
