PENNY PEST CONTROL

Penny Pest Control, We have used them for about 22 years, Since they opened, today?s day my Mom and Dad are Both Passed Away, It's only because of them that we have been using them this whole time, However in the pass we have had a pair of Boots Stolen from us as well as a hand held recorder stolen right from under or own noses, Wile they was the only ones who was there working looking and so called spraying our home, Trusting them is a Do Not Know, That was a big sign, How ever we couldn't prove it in court, So it was let go, Now we have still used them, Just keep a Big Eye on them at all times, They were the last people who was under our home, and wile I was in the bath room "this month, Witch is 5 months latter" I saw a light in the Air and Heating Duck so I looked and saw that fresh air was just running into my bathroom, We was losing our cooled air and fast when the bathroom door was open, I called the air conditioning people and told them what I now knew... so they went under the house and said yep someone kicked it off it looks like who ever it was that was under your house last just knocked it off wile crawling around there.... They could reattach it for hm about $80.00 OMG I Said Ok. At that Point I called Penny Pest Control to come out and see what had happen and told The Loving book keeper who is used for more then book keeping as she is the one who handles all of these calls, Just how much it would cost to get this fixed, OMG they have been playing games with me making me wait for them to come out and see the problem Making me wait almost haft the month telling me to have it fixed first then bill them I believe it or not only get 700. a month and have a 17 year old as well as a brother who I haft to feed and take care of so what I have left each month might get you a gum ball our of a store, ?. However even tho we got pictures of it , not enough and taking so much time its costing me each month money for cooling my home and first I have to cool the out side to get my home cool I?m handy caped and injured as well so bad I cant do it my self , My God I'm stuck in a bad way and they know it too.....why do people like that stay in Bunnies, Because people like us are still using them stop it..... as I have Now.... I say use someone else please go with anyone else but them....... unless you like what you read? And You want to be there next victim.......... They Steal, Lie, Cheat, And Do Wrong To You!!! What More Can You Ask For?... Satan to Come Visit You? Heart Attack? Think About this for real please stop bad Bunnies in Yuma Please!!!!!!!!

I've used them before for a bee problem and was pleased with their services as well as pricing. I had them come out to spray for crickets a few months later. After the gentleman was finished he said to allow 1-2 weeks for results. I paid him 45.00 and he went on his way. Well, I not only waited 1-2 weeks, I waited 3 weeks. It almost seemed like the crickets were given food because there was not one single dead cricket.. Not ONE. I called and explained to them that the crickets didn't die and the boss apologized and said he would have someone come out to respray. After the man resprayed there were tons of dead crickets. Didn't need to wait a week cause it was almost immediate. I was happy. Then the sprayer told me it would be 45.00 for the spray. I thought that was odd since the man on the phone said he would take care of it since their first spray did nothing. ALL LIES. I was sent a bill in the mail. I called and asked about it, assuming it was a mistake. I spoke with the same man and he said he would have his book keeper call me back. A week went by and I didn't receive a phone call. So i called several times and left several messages. Finally, after about two weeks a woman calls back and is so rude to me. She said I was trying to get free service and that I needed to pay for them spraying. I had to explain to her the situation since she obviously didn't get it. It all went in one ear and out the other. She stated it wasn't their problem that the crickets didn't die the first time. They sprayed so I have to pay. I told her I would go in and take care of it but never use them again. And she said that's fine, then hung up on me. I was SHOCKED by how rude she was. I was in no way ever rude to them and still don't understand why they did this. Save yourself time, and money. Go with Nolen or some other professional, reputable company.
