Pay Right plumbing

Very well all and all. A couple of glitches with timing. But, Carlos apologized and we talked about it and I feel he has learned from the problem. This is a new start up for him and he is so willing to learn and do his best. I feel very comfortable with him and very confident in his skills.

I was so impressed. Very businesslike, working the whole time from the moment he came in the door until he was done. Double checked everything. Filled the soap pump! Was so neat and careful, perfect English. Very pleasant and accommodating. Guarantees his work for 2 years. He was here for about 2 1/2 hours, had to run and get the right colored gasket [!his idea, so it would look the best, the kit had another color] and only charged me $145.00! [We had most of the materials ready for him, but he had to supply a power cord and some PVC pipe]. He charges $65.00 to $85.00 for a service call, based on the complexity of the job. I would highly, highly recommend him.

Always on time, on budget and work was done to my exacting specifications. Very pleasant and professional to work with.

Robert arrive promptly and within a short time had the broken valve out and the new one installed, while dealing with 50 year old piping within the walls. Works well with no leaks. Very happy with his work and speed.

My sprinkler system began leaking while on vacation. I called PayRight when I returned and he was out there later that day. He looked it over and quickly discovered the problem. He gave me three options, him fixing it with a price estimate, how to fix it myself, and the names of two landscaping companies that could fix it for (hopefully) cheaper. Trying to save a few bucks, I called the landscaping companies, only to discover that they were about twice the price that he quoted me and they would not be there for another two weeks.I called PayRight back after hours and he promised to come out first thing the next morning. He arrived earlier than expected (which was a pleasant surprise) and fixed the problem within an hour and at less than the price he quoted me. He also waived the second service fee ($35 for a visit plus whatever work was done) as he had already come out the day before and assessed the problem. I will definitely be using him again.

He is an amiable man, but is more interested in his next job. I employed his services before and was pleased with the price and the work, but ever since he started using some price book, his prices have sky-rocketed. While he sealed the holes in the wall he cut for the drain, he did not trim the excess, and it looked like a mess.

It went very well. I heard about them after I went a home show. He is going to do the plumbing in the bathroom for me in the next few weeks.

The plumber performed all jobs reasonably, but seemed to charge for services already addressed in the past (i.e. estimate of job when he had performed numerous jobs at my residence and already knew the extent of work). His work was ok, but I don't like being charged unfairly. I found another plumber.
