They made ring look like new, called when it was ready to be picked up which was sooner than we had expected. Will use them again when purchasing or repairing jewelry.

Just recently in March I needed to get my diamond wedding ring resized because I have gained some weight since getting married. The reason I chose Paul Bensel is because when I first bought the ring they were the ones who initially sized it for me and they were very professional, friendly, and the work was done in a timely manner. This time when getting my ring resized I had to go from an 8 1/2 to a 9 3/4. When I took my ring in there were a few other people already in the store but they were able to help me in a timely manner. I told them what I wanted and they were able to initially give me a quote of $120.00 and they said the work would take about a week. They called me about 4-5 days later to let me know that my ring was ready. When I went to pick it up they were friendly and courteous and the work cost $125.00 which I had no problem with paying since it was only $5.00 more than the estimate they gave me. I was also happy with the fact that they guarantee their work when they advised me that if any of the diamonds were to fall out and become lost they would fix and replace them for free! Great work and service, I highly recommend them!

I recently approached James at Bensels jewelry with a custom request. He listened intently to me and was very honest concerning any limitations. Each time I thought I had caused a road block James offered an amicable solution. I am looking forward to receiving my custom piece done the right way. What an awesome experience!
