We will not be using this company again. We had an em,ergency that left us without a bathroom, we should have been a priority and were clearnly not.
Description of Work: We had an emergency plumbing issue. The earliest they could arrive was the next day. The service was set for between 10 am and 2 pm. We recieved a phone call stating he was on his way, several hours and phone calls later, and the worker was a no show. We called the office several times and the secretary couldnt get ahold of him. We called him ourselves and he hung up on us twice. We will not be using this company again. No effort has been made to correct the issue

I have a home insurance company who I use for anything covered through this insurance. I pay a fee of $75 for a service job. The insurance company pays the rest of whatever else remains of the bill for what they cover. And I pay a monthly fee for this insurance so It's tough for me to say what actual costs would be for someone else. This company has been sent by my home insurance agency twice. The first time Dale came and did a great job with fixing dishwasher and was very professional and courteous. The second time another employee was sent who as it turns out was stealing from his employer the day he came to me and stole the money I gave him and didn't go back to work to turn in the money from his days work and didn't even give them the paperwork which included my information about what needed to be done on my fans and garage door. I had to call back the company a week later to inquire when they'd be returning to fix the still needed work. That's when they discovered I was one of the customers who was affected by their dishonest employee (who they were now taking legal action against, rightly so) and I found out why I hadn't heard back from them, their dishonest employee had taken my records. They sent Dale this time again who came and fixed the problems with the fans and charged me no extra money to replace what I had already paid the employee who took my money for his own. (So they didn't even get paid for the service call, but still came.) Then when my insurance company was being less than upright about covering the problem with the garage door, Pacific offered a discount to my insurance company to get the right work done for me. They went to bat for me with my insurance company and I knew they were on my side. Even afterwards when I talked to the representative from my insurance company who had talked to Dale, the insurance man told me the good things he thought of Dale and how he thought Dale possessed unusual integrity in this business. I will use Dale and Pacific Technical in anything I need that his company does, whether it is covered by my insurance company or not and will request him anytime I have a problem that I call my home insurance company for.
