+ -1 moreInitially we thought the problem was my laptop wifi card; it started working for a couple of days. After it became uncooperative again, Charles asked me to bring both the laptop and mifi unit back in. He did a lot of research and discovered it was a setting on the mifi that was automatically resetting, thus kicking my laptop off the wifi. He was really helpful, and patient, and didn't give up until the issue was resolved. Really great service.
Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem with wifi connectivity between my laptop and Verizon mifi unit.

+ -1 moreI took the computer in on 31 January, described the problem, and left it. They called on 2Feb. I picked it up and was pleasantly surprised by the invoice. They are friendly as well as professional and the whole thing was easy and non-stressful.
Description of Work: They convinced my computer to recognize the disc drive so I could access the CD. Before the compact disc drive was not showing up on "My Computer" and could not be accessed even though you could hear the drive working.
