I have not found another place yet to fix my kitchen range

The service man responded to my call almost immediately and diagnosed the heating lamp problem. After removing all items from the freezer, he defrosted the freezer coils using hot water. He was careful not to allow water to flow onto the kitchen floor which would have damaged my laminate flooring. He then replaced the bad element with a new one which he had in his truck. While defrosting the freezer, he noticed that the fan, which blows cold air into the refrigerator section, was making an unusual noise indicating it was not working properly. He did not have a replacement at hand, but he took a phone photo of the refrigerator's model label and ordered a new fan. He put everything back together and restocked the freezer. He spent an hour plus doing this work. The next day he arrived with the replacement fan. Taking out the old fan motor was a very time intensive process. Again he removed all the freezer items before taking out almost everything on the back of the freezer--ice maker, panels, etc. He replaced the fan motor and put everything back in place, a two to three hour job. The refrigerator now works like new. I thought he was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems, efficient in repairing them and careful about making the repairs without much bother. I thought the price was reasonable considering the time spent in doing the repair.
