This was my first experience with MP. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were honest in their assessment of what I needed/wanted compared to what I could have. MP's owner was out in town so David called him with the specifications of what I needed. I gave him a realistic budget and asked him to call if the parts went above that. He did which allowed me to approve the expenditure. I was pleased that MP understood my wish not to 'cheap-out' on the price. They were friendly, yet, very professional. I felt very safe having them in my home.

We were charged for more than an hour, when the guy spent most of the first hour working without the proper tools then had to call around because they could not make it work... They also left our door open when leaving, allowing one of our indoor cats outside. Thankfully I got home shortly after they left and was able to find the cat. Would definitely not use again.

Service was very good and unexpectedly cheaper than I was expecting.

Was told the plumber would be there at 3. Got there closer to three thirty. The plumber was able to clear the clog with in a half hour of arrival.. The plumber was friendly. And fast.

The job went very well! Both the plumber and his helper were very professional and polite. They completed replacing two toilets quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the old toilets and the debre, completed the paperwork and accepted payment. It was very reasonable and I will certainly call them again for future jobs.

In the early evening after closing on 09-27-2018 my toliet tank gasket failed allowing with each flush to run water on the floor from the time I made the intial call to report this, including call back with estimated time of arrival and getting it fixed not more than a hour and the repairman had it fixed and on his way. Very friendly repairman and suggested what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Many thanks to him and his business,definetly will rely on them on anymore issues that crop up. I expected to pay after closing price cause we have only one toliet.

It went well, considering it was a stackable washer/dryer combo. It was heavy, and we were able to move it around to get the connection right. Knew what he was doing.

I arrived in Yuma to help my son (who is working all day long), with a remodel of his bathroom. He had stripped the bathroom down to the bare walls with the plumbing exposed. I knew that in order to have this bathroom completed correctly, I would have to hire a licensed and excellent plumber. So I read the reviews on Angie's List and selected Mission Plumbing. I am still raving about their excellent service! Truly, they are very good. They came out and gave me an estimate for the bathroom of $325. to connect the shower, shower faucet, and drain (in the shower), and to install a new vanity with faucet (already purchased), and the toilet (already purchased). They arrived promptly, and completed the job quickly. I had purchased the wrong vanity, and so they advised me that because the new vanity was not the same size as the old one, that if they did attach the faucet plumbing, they would probably have to cut into part of the backside of the vanity, which they could do, but it would not serve me well for them to do that. I ended up returning the vanity the next day, and as the new vanity was being delivered to my home, I gave Mission Plumbing a call just to let them know the new vanity would be arriving that day and was asking if I could set up an appointment for them to install it another day. They said they could install it that same day! They came over and completed the job that day! Iwas beyond thrilled! The job was completed timely and seamlessly. I was so pleased with their work, their courtesy and responsiveness that I called them up the following day, and asked them if they could also install a new kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis water system, as well. Once again, they turned up promptly, explained the job, and completed it in no time at all. Something else I do want to mention is that I appreciate their professional guidance in advising me of the step-by-step process to go through with each subcontractor as to putting this bathroom back together from the sheet rocker, tile men, and electrician, and to who should be the next person in line to complete their portion of the job. Due to their guidance and responsiveness, this daunting project was finished within days instead of weeks. I feel beyond satisfied with their work and timely service! They did the job I hired them to do, and they showed up on time, and they completed their work without a hitch. I remain very impressed and can honestly recommend them to anyone!

Mission Plumbing showed up the same day I called and on time. The connection was inspected and there was no leak found. The company that originally installed the water line never bothered to clean up the solder joint where the 2 pieces connected, so to me it looked like it had been slowly leaking. Mission Plumbing could of easily told me that it neededd to be replaced and I would of believed it. The connection was cleaned up and all was good. Very honest worker. Will recommend to friends and will continue to use them for any other problems in my home.

The service was excellent. They were able remedy the issue of the broken flange with out tearing up my floor as quoted by another plumber. I could be happier with the service. They accomplished every thing they said they would for the price and in-effect they were able remedy the issue in one shot.

Spoke with Jez on the phone to schedule...he set up same day appointment and was very accommodating to my work schedule and did not charge me extra for an after 4pm call. called prior to arrival. Very cordial and pleasant and had no issue with my boxer who wanted to be underfoot and give him attention. Showed me multiple cracks in the old unit. after installing the new disposal double checked several times and cleaned up and put back products from under the sink for me. Also showed me how to tighten the RO faucet which had been loose and bugging me. Very pleased with overall service. Will not hesitate to use again.

Called Mission Plumbing in the morning Jez came out gave me an estimate and went to work. Jez explaind everthing to me. One of the things I wanted to fix Jez told me hoe to fix that problem my self and did not charge me for that info. Jez was professional and very nice to talk to.
