They sent different people to do the work without calling ahead to notify home owner. Played loud music during work despite owner working at home. Left a mess, i.e. splashed mirrors, dirt on carpet and in sinks, emptied pipe contents into shower without rinsing!

Excellent, after Omar determined no water damage to the floor would hinder toilet placement, he placed the wax seal and lifted the toilet onto the flange and properly seated and bolted it down, then he made sure I could finish the job, as this was my wish. The service was excellent, and prompt. I will use them again.

It went well, no problems at all. I'm happy.

Initially I was happy with the job and the price, however, a few days later I noticed that my counter top was cracked in 2 places. I can't say for sure that he did it, but I don't recall anys cracks prior to the job.

This was the second appointment. The first visit was to repair a leaking faucet several weeks previous. . On that first visit the repair man took the faucet apart and repaired the leak. The initial bill was $80. The fix lasted only a few days then the faucet began leaking slightly and we called them back. Meanwhile we went away for a couple weeks and then made appointment when we returned. Can't remember the exact dates. Milo's office staff was very pleasant and eager to provide good service. We were told we needed a replacement part and they were unable to find the repair piece from searching the internet. ( the faucet had been purchased by us on the internet). We bought a new faucet locally and Milo's installed it without further charge.

Prompt attention, called if he was even 5 minutes late, Jorge is a great worker! Have never had a problem, will use again and again!

We used them two different times. The first they fixed a leak under the sink. The second they changed the bathroom tub faucet. Both times they did a good job. They did a professional job. The problems were fixed. We would use them again.

Install a pee trap in bathtub, I've been involved in the trades for many years, There were two of them doing the repair. One cut the drain out from the top with a chisel and beat it down and out of the tub, while doing so damaged the bath tub, where the drain seats. Then told me that the tub was damaged previously. - Give me a break. There is a large nut on the drain, that should be removed and then the drain lifted out from the top of the tub.

Arrived early and had everything needed on the truck. Quickly removed the old water heater and installed the new one. Cleaned up the area. He explained maintenance of the unit and the warranty. Charges where fair for the work done.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, the technician was prompt and did quality work.

They did very well. They were on time, and if they were running behind they called.

I tried to repair my shower but could not find a part that fir. Hardwae store sent me home with the wrong part. Called Milo. On the job within the hour. Did not have the shower part on the truch so went to look for one. Difficult to tind-- gone about 2 hourt going to different plumbing siupply houses. Found part and installed it right away and it fit. I then showed him my three bathroom basins and ask if he would install them. He looked at the plumbing under the basins and said that since the undersink drains were not up to code, they would have to be changed also. He furnished new parts for the drain pipes. The whole job was about 3 hours. He clean up his mess. Picked up his tools. and left a 10% discount card for the next job. I would call him again.
