+ -1 moreI called them 1.5 hours after the scheduled time and Mrs. Mendoza was asking me about what appointment. They were told not to show up because I do not do business with people who waste my time and that this is a good indication to me about how they normally conduct business. Ten minutes after my call, they called back and left a message that they could be there in one hour. I did not care to answer the phone, I was already searching Angie’s list for another provider.
Description of Work: The provider did not do a thing, MENDOZA WASHER & DRYER SVC forgot about our appointment.

+ -1 moreThe serviceman showed up within an hour and a half from the time I called. He was very polite and helpful. We had a little trouble between my poor Spanish and his limited English but we managed fine. Since my washer could not be fixed and he had to charge for the trip, he offered to take the $25.00 service visit charge off the price of any washer I might buy from his store. If I come back here to work again, I will definately buy my next used washer from this outfit.
Description of Work: The service man moved the non-wrking washer away from the wall, looked in the back, tried to get it to turn on, adjusted some connections and told me the moter was out. The washer was fuul of water and the serviceman drained it for me.
