I called them 1.5 hours after the scheduled time and Mrs. Mendoza was asking me about what appointment. They were told not to show up because I do not do business with people who waste my time and that this is a good indication to me about how they normally conduct business.
Ten minutes after my call, they called back and left a message that they could be there in one hour. I did not care to answer the phone, I was already searching Angie’s list for another provider.
