+ -1 moreI called Mike from Mayday Appliance after my last provider forgot about our appointment. Mike was able to fit me in near the end of his day and his service charge is $65. Mike was able to find the problem with the washing machine and he provided me an estimate. Mike will need to order the parts and return in 3 days to install the parts. So far the experience has been very professional and up front. Since I just like many people have had bad experiences with service providers, I did a little research on my washing machine including a parts list with the price of each part. When Mike handed me the written estimate, I could see that his prices were very similar to the parts list I found on line. At that point I knew I had an honest provider.
Description of Work: Mayday Appliance was able to find the problem with my washing machine and provide an estimate of repair promptly.
