Absolutely Horrible. Go elsewhere. In summer of 2023 I sought quotes from Roofing companies to redo the roof on my house. I accepted the quote of Lines & Lundgreen even though it was the second highest, but based on 1) the fact I went to high school with some of the family members, 2) their sales pitch, 3) and the company is now ran by a local politician. That should have been the red flag, but it wasn't. I was misguided and their ill-performance was costly. On September 15, 2023 I submitted payment for 50% of project's cost, $15,260. I was told they were "a little behind but would get started in the upcoming week or so" and the owner, Jonathan would talk to me before starting. Let me explain how "or so" is defined by Lines & Lundgreen. September went by. October 2023 goes by. Nothing. November 2023 and still nothing. On 11-18 we get a decent rain and my roof starts to leak. I reach out, answer, "we are still a little behind but expect to get started this month." December 2023. Nothing. January 21/22, 2024 rains so hard, I now have leaks in 7 areas. The drywall starts to fall inside the home, insulation comes down. Contact L&L. Answer, "we are so sorry" February 2024. Another half-inch of rains, I have buckets all inside my house, NOTHING from L&L. Coming up to HALF A YEAR of excuses, stories, sorries but zero results. All this time, they have almost $8,000 of my money earning them interest, while my expenses on home repairs increase. March 2024. I contact Arizona Registrar of Contractors, other vendors, and start to make a fuzz. L&L starts to make more excuses. At this time, I go to hire Almodova Roofing who is ready to start in 7 days. L&L, so secure the job with a mechanics'' lien on my home, finally show up, 15 minutes before Almodova's first day to start the job but inadequate staff and materials. On my Ring Cameras, you can hear their foreman venting on how the employees he was sent did not know what they were doing and he had to restart the job to fix their mistakes. Days and weeks go by. More and more excuses. Finally, they claim to finish the roof but it is not. Instead, they send me an invoice for $7,980 and another quote for $2,100 to finish the job. I finally did what I should have done EIGHT (8) months ago, hire someone else. On a Tuesday, I retain another roofing contractor who finishes the job that same week, Friday by 1pm for $1,000. I told all my neighbors and friends already, do not go to Lines and Lundgreen. I am telling you too, save your aggravation and go elsewhere.

They never showed up for the estimate. I hired someone else, but later I received a bill for the work that I never recieved an estimate for and never showed up to do the work.

They gave me an estimate, that was well below all others. More importantly, it was done faster, cheaper and much faster than any others that gave an estimate.

Lines and Lindgreen had originally roofed the house about 5 years ago. In Yuma we have really big winds sometimes and I live on top of a hill (this makes it impossible to shield from winds... I needed a repair (wind damage). They were very helpful on the phone and emailed me an estimate after they had a person go look at it (while I was at work). They not only repaired it so that it was invisible, they matched the 30 year shingles from stock (I could not have done this). They arrived precisely when they said they would and their estimate was spot on. Cannot recommend these people highly enough.

After receiving several bids for a new roof we received a very competitive bid from Lines and Lungreen. We visited their office and selected shingles from a good selection of options. Their work crew were on sight, bright and early the morning they said they would be. They took the old roofing off and cleaned up well before they left. A day was given for the solar company to put up their roof stancions. The only hic-up was they did not return the third day as I had thought they would. However, they were there early Saturday morning and completed the work by noon on Saturday. They did a great job.

I called 4 companies for bids. Lines and Lundgeen were the most professional, speediest, they wer there when promised. Two did not even show up.

I tried several times to get a quote and had no response. After finally getting a quote which ended up being about 2/3 of the final cost they didn't show up when they were supposed to. After I called complaining, they did show up the next time. I was not home and the job was p*** poor. Quality of work was lousy and the materials used looked like they were left over pieces from another job. They got tar on everything even my sky lights. The roof didn't leak which was the only positive thing about the job. I complained about the tar on the sky lights and they came back and painted the tar with silver paint. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Approximately 12/1/2012 I did a routine inspection of my roof. I noticed that the seal work done last year had dried and was cracking. I was concerned the seal would leak in a heavy rain. I called Lines and Lundgreen Roofing requesting an inspection of my roof be made so I could discuss if there was a problem or not. This was on a Friday in December of 2012. I was told someone should be out before the days end. No one showed. I made sure I was home Monday thinking they may have been unable to make it Friday and would come on Monday. No show on Monday. Then on Turesday someone did come about mid day. I was caught off guard and told the inspector that came I was not notified he would be here that day. He told me he was very busy and could leave. Before I could respond as I could not believe he said he could leave. Leave is what he did and I have not heard from Lines and Lundgreen Roofing since. I guess they have more business than they can handle and were not interested in my issue. I was happy with the work performed in 2011 and the cost was very reaonable. But I was concerned if the resealing was holding up and was the reason I asked for another in inspection in December of 2012.

They were fast and had a really competitive price. They are really fast: their repairs and inspections were quick.

Everything that could go wrong did. Prices kept going up, scheduling problems--they called at 6am on a saturday and told us they could start the work in 30 minutes, we cancelled our weekend plans. They striped the roof then disappeared for a week. We kept calling, they finally showed up the put on shingles. They didn't install roof vents. I kept waiting for then to return, only to rec'd call for payment. I asked when they would finish the work. Office girl though job was finished, I pointed out unfinished vents included in work order. She said she didn't know when they could get to it but could I mail in full payment. I told her to forget vents I would deduct the price of vent work and mail in the rest. approx 1 1/2 years later we got a good rain and the roof leaked. I called them and a guy came over and said they could fix for $300 but didn't know when they could get to it because they had a lot of call backs due to the rain. Thing was the roof didn't leak before new roof--we did it for cosmetic reasons.

I would recommend them to my family and friends. There was an issue that they argued with me. The roofing was a good job.

They did a really sloppy job. They left tar all over my place when they were finished. When it rained, my roof began to leak! I called this company many times and went to their office. They would not respond to me. I felt like they didn't care!
