Description of Work: We bought a home and just wanted to make sure it was structurally sound and that all systems worked. I spoke with Debbie who coordinated everything. We scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, and did what we feel was a very thorough inspection. They took photographs, and documented everything in our house. At the end of the inspection, they provided us a very detailed verbal report of what they found. With 24 hours, we were provided with a digital report of there findings. I would highly recommend Knight Vision Inspections. Jimmy is a Registered Engineer and not just a Certified Home Inspector. That gave us more confidence in his evaluation of our home. I absolutely recommend their service and we won't hesitate to call them in the future!

Description of Work: They did an extensive "detailed" home inspection, Jimmy was very good at explaining the items that needed attention immediately and those that could wait. As I couldn't be there he wrote everything down about the inspection and invited me to call if I didn't understand or had problems with the report. Very prompt attention and very professional. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreI have been living in my home for approximately four years and I was concerned about the condition of my home, being that is an older home. I had my home inspected prior to my purchase by Amerispect, with whom I was not impressed with. I was not going to call them back. My service experience with Knight Vision was great from the first phone call. I had a 4pm scheduled appointment. At about 3:55 pm I received a phone call that they were running a little late, but were on their way. I was impressed with and appreciated that bit of courtesy. Jimmy, who performed the inspection is not only a certified home inspector, but also a licensed engineer. After his inspection, he sat down with my wife and I and presented all of the photographs of our home along with all of his findings. He took time to explain his concerns and answer any and all of our questions. He gave me great peace of mind concerning what was potential life threatening situations and those that were not. His knowledge and information was extremely valuable. I would highly recommend Knight Vision for your home inspection needs.

+ -1 moreVery well. The results of the inspection were explained so that I even understood what jimmy was explaining.
Description of Work: Jimmy and Debbie were very nice people to work with. Knights Vision is the company that did the home inspection on the house that we are in the process of buying. Jimmy inspected everything from top to bottom. At the end of the inspection he showed us all the pictures he took of the house and explained everything that was wrong. His report included those plus comments on how to fix the problem and an approximate cost. Jimmy is a registered professional engineer and licensed contractor so he was able to inspect and not have us to call out other people to inspect something he wasn't able. I have recommended knight vision to all my friends who are currently in the home buying process. Very professional and friendly company.
