He did come to my house when he said he would and gave me an estimate to fix the boards. The estimate seemed reasonable....he said he would try to come the following week as it was an easy job. Wellllll......one week went by....two weeks went by.....three, four weeks went by (I thought maybe he was busy??) I called and his response was that he had lost my phone number and forgot how to get to my house. If he didn't want the job, he simply should have told me. Very disappointed as I initially thought I had maybe found a reliable handyman....sadly, not in this case.

As a Property Manager looking after many properties, Mr Favreau was the first person i would call whenever i needed work done. I knew my clients were in good hands, that the work would be top quality and the price more than reasonable. Having someone like him on the books certainly made my job easier. His skills cover many areas so there isn't much he cannot do. Whenever i have an issue with my own home, Mr. Favreau is the first person i would turn to.

It went great and I would recommend him. If I had a business I would want him to work for me. He was there on time and got the job done quickly. Some of the jobs he did were that he repaired a downspout, replaced some nails in the kitchen flooring, and cleaned the trash bin. He also helped us pack some boxes with electronic equipment to be shipped because we are moving. (My wife paid for the service, so I am unaware of the exact amount, but I'm sure the price was good)

He was good and I like him.

I had a small section of tile come loose and fall off of our kitchen countertop. Keven did a free estimate, located the replacement tile, cut it to the exact dimensions, and replaced it to its original look. Very professional, and timely. I would recommend his service to anyone.

With only a photograph as a guide, Mr. Favreau completed the job in just two days. Additionally, he added a feature that allowed me to fold the chair for easy transport. He did this on his own.

Kevin was quick to respond to my needs. He showed up at the house and was finished in about 45 minutes. He very experienced in what he did.
