We got a television set two years back and the company I got it from said that for $100 they will show me how to use it. I thought I could learn it myself so we purchased it and we didn’t know how to use it and after a few months with frustration I called Johnny’s TV from the phone book. I wanted him to come out and show me how to use the TV set. He came out, probably he was prompt I don’t remember but he didn’t show how to use the TV. He took out the parts that I had installed earlier, I think it was a switch for a DVD or something, he took that out and put another chord in and charged me $40. He took a box in the bedroom and he put something in and he charged $14 and when he left he charged me $80. That to me is crooked; if he couldn’t show me how to use it he shouldn’t have come out. He seemed to try to show me something which was way over my head; he didn’t know how to teach because I didn’t get the head or tail of it. He didn’t explain well and he did think that he didn’t have to do it. He wasn’t the guy that could teach anybody anything. I can’t remember him being late when I called him.
