Tech said needed a new condensor something? A/C quit working Sunday afternoon, called left message for call back Monday, I called again Monday morning, they were there quickly, figured out the problem, got the part installed, then husband heard horrible noise later after tech had left, they came back out in the afternoon, fixed it, and we had a/c by 3:30. Thank goodness!

They provided a great service, the gentlemen was very polite and always would clean up after himself. They did an exellent job for us and would recommened them to anyone.

Went really well and fast. AC was off minimal time I have snakes and was worried about them getting too hot but did not reach any high temps as they worked fast. once we are ready they will be back to install new AC for addition and install ducts. Kenny was very helpful and knows what he is doing. They do great work and will def. call on them for now on.

excellent job and quality follow up

My insurance company contracted with Hyatt to replace my ac unit. The company first delivered a 5T unit which was way too large- during the delivery flagstone tiles were broken and not replaced. Then a 3T was delivered which fit fine. Since the unit had to be changed I felt that I should help pay part of the cost. I receive a bill for $525, which I felt was excessive and I sent them $200 over what the insurance company paid. Now they are threatening me collection agency etc.
