+ -1 morePretty much perfect from start to finish! All the employees I have dealt with were courteous, competent, and professional. All work has been done on time and within budget. All service calls were performed promptly and they fixed the problem the first time (except for one wiring issue that was resolved after they went to the manufacturer to figure out where the trouble was.) All routine maintenance has been done very well and more thoroughly than I've seen in 30 years of home ownership. I highly recommend Hansberger Refrigeration and I will not use anyone else.
Description of Work: Over the past 4 years they have installed 3 complete high end air conditioning systems for me and removed the 30 year old original system. They have also serviced twice a year each of those new systems.

Description of Work: The technician cut out the tubing that had a hole in it, only after removing the metalic sealant that was on the tubing without damiging a valve, he installed a new dryer, formed the new tubing to join with theTud ends

The office calls and lets me know they are on the way and the apporximate time they will arrive (they also call if there is a delay). Service men tell me what they did and if there are any problems that need to be resolved. There is no charge since it was on an annual service contract but there would be a charge if refrigerant had to be added to the system. They do advise me when the service contract is due for renewal.
Description of Work: Dos: Checked & serviced 2 units as per check list. Checked operation of unit in heat & cool mode. No problems to report. List: Checked: Thermostat Operation, Fuse Diconnnect, Voltage, ID Fan Motor Amps, OD Fan Amps, Electrical Wiring, ID & OD Coil, OD Fan Blade (Cracks/Balance), ID/OD Motor Bearings (Lubed), Contractor, Visual Inspection for Refrig. Leaks, Refrigerant Charge, Suction Line Temp, Liquid Line Temp, Condensate Drain System, Duct Seat at Unit. No Don'ts

+ -1 moreFrom the time Hansberger installed a new Lennox unit for the whole house and a Fujitsu Mini unit for the master bedroom they have always fixed problems and provided exceptional service.
Description of Work: Whenever there has been a problem with either of my two AC units or the one heat pump service has been prompt and excellent. Hansberger has always stood behnd there work. The service personnel are well trained and very professional in performance of their work.If a problem with a unit is due to a manufacturing fault or something that happened during installation Hansberger fixes the problem quickly and without charge. I once had an electrical problem that surfaced on a weekend and was caused by installation work. Hansberger sent an electrician immediately on the weekend and never charged me for the correction. In fact Hansberger will give extra credit on future service if they feel in any way that they did not perform to a standard they expect. Hansberger is an exceptional customer friendly company.
