I have a large kitchen. It took 2.5 slabs of granite and the extra 1/2 slab he installed in my two bathrooms. I picked out the granite and they picked it up, measured my existing counters then delivered and installed. Then they measured and installed new facing for my whole existing cabinets. workers speaker spanish and though I don't we were able to communicate OK. They were always polite and cleaned up after. Jorge is very honest and worked to make me happy with all that I was picky about. He takes pride in pleasing his customer and doing quality work.

They came and measured the room, and it took about two weeks to finish the cabinets.
When they came to do the install, they brought them in through the window, so as to avoid damaging our walls trying to bring them in the door and around a corner.
They do great work, and the owner spends a lot of time on the job site working along side his employees.

Jorge's estimate was considerably less than the closest estimate to his, so I was initially worried that his work might not be as good a quality as theirs, but armed with a recommendation from a neighbor who'd had him re-do hers, we went ahead. We're glad we did.

All my shelves and drawers are full extension, something I didn't realize I was going to get, so you aren't losing something in the back of the drawer or shelf that you can't get at. I'm very pleased, and was pleasantly surprised about both these things.

I have a lot of counter top, and they installed it all in three pieces, and you can't see where the seams are. The young man who installed them did a really excellent job. I was very impressed when he was done.

As they put the cabinets in, I saw there were a couple cabinet doors that were opening the opposite way from what I would like, even though they were the standard direction for most other people, but Jorge took them back to his shop without any problem, and changed the hinges to open the way I wanted. When the oven cabinet toe kick didn't meet the wood floor we'd had installed with the old cabinets in place, they came up with a creative way to fix the problem that both my husband and I liked, that looked like it had been planned that way. Initially we thought they'd made one cabinet too short, but then, they and we, remembered that I'd asked for open shelves at the end of that particular cabinet, and they just hadn't installed them yet!

Whenever I questioned something that I was concerned about, Jorge answered my questions, reassured me things would be as I wanted, and never once made me feel that he was unhappy that I was worried about any step of the install.

The cabinets are beautiful, the young men who installed them were all very accommodating, courteous, and not once in the entire time did I hear swearing, or any other kind of offending jokes, etc between the men while in or around my home. Something I greatly appreciate, and that doesn't happen often when that many young men are together in one place!

The only complaint I'd have was the amount of powdery dust from sanding the seams in the Corian counter tops. They had no vacuum to handle all the dust as they did the sanding on the seams. If they had at least let me know ahead of time, I could have covered things to avoid all the dust, or if they had taped off the area where they were going to sand with some kind of visqyn barrier, that would have helped. It left me cleaning up dust that will continue around here for days.

The dust aside, I would definitely hire Flores Cabinets again, and we have, to do our bathrooms. Their finished product looks great, is well built, and will stand up to my abuse for a long time.

We contacted Flores Cabinets because of a ad in the paper. He came out and gave a estimate. He then ordered the material and said he would call when it came in. From the time he came out the first time to when he came out to do the job, it was about ten days.
