He was on time was professional he came did the quote then said he could be out fire thing in he A.M. I thought price was a little night but good help is hard to find and I cant complain about the work or finished product. I would hire him again not sure what happened with those few bad reviews. I think he was outstanding.

Dan is great! Immediately responded to my call, came over several times to discuss and clarify what I wanted done. Once work was begun he responded to every request and. Made adjustments as I requested throughout the process. I am very happy with the end result!

Danny was prompt and talked a good game. He was knowledgeable, and removed the damaged wall - no problem. The issues arose with the finishes. The interior drywall wasn't sanded and smooth. He wasn't even going to paint until we insisted. The biggest problem was his subcontracted stucco guy. Work was rescheduled 4 times, and he had the nerve to try to charge extra for coming or in Saturday (even though he was supposed to be there on Tuesday). The stucco was uneven, with huge dents and craters. They didn't even clean up. We spent 2 hours cleaning up after them. Danny hailed off about 70% of the trash.

I found Dan to be very personable and immediately understood the work I was asking to be done. The work was completed over two different days during times agreed upon. I am extremely pleased with the work he accomplished. I will definitely call on him again when I need work done.

Danny showed up at my house with his son a half hour early, I will take that at least he showed up. He came to installed the baseboards, which he had already looked at before when he gave the estimate. He looked at the job again and said he had to go get some nails. He never came back and would not answer his phone. I would not recommend Fahay and sons for anything, as they either don't show up and don't come back.

He called me and said he could not do the job, because he got other work somewhere else.

All the repairs though various were all done impeccably. He gives attention to detail and really cared about doing the job correctly.
