+ -1 moreHe had a man with many years of experience and he installed the sheet vinyl in one piece no seams in the Park Model. One seam we can't find in the AZ room. The baseboards were very well installed by another team of workers. On Denny's part everything was as ordered and explained. He came a few times while the men were working. Bravo. Denny is a man of experience and works with his old methods of writing contracts but this didn't cause a problem. This is where we saved so much money. I don't understand the other man who couldn't recognize an honest man referring him to someone else.
Description of Work: Denny came himself to evaluate the square feet of a Park Model with AZ room. We installed vinyl sheet flooring by Armstrong. He explained how the work would be done and with his 40 years of experience in Yuma AZ he suggested a strong glue. Other companies sent a worker to measure and no details of the work. For the same product by Armstrong his price was $1800. lower. He explained he works by the hour and not by what has to be done like others have this long list of so much for this and that like removing furniture and appliances.

+ -1 moreHe refused to work on my project, twice. Once in his store and, again, after I got him to visit my kitchen. I wanted granite countertops and found the color I liked in his store. He gave me the name of someone else., who turned out to do a good job. He never gave me a reason; I felt like my home wasn't expensive enough to warrant his attention.
Description of Work: I asked him do install granite countertops in a color I chose at his store.
