Initally we were pleased with the work as they looked good and seem to help keep the house cool. However when the first real good rain storm came and one of the truly exposed windows leaked. The water intake destroyed our newly laid laminate floor in the kitchen, we checked the windows and all of them had just a facial bead of caulking across the top to make them look good but not enough to make them generally tight and waterproof. When I tried to contact the provider, he would not answer his phone calls for over three weeks then he answered one and said he would come out and take care of it but never did. We caulked all of them at our expense and time and then paid to have our flooring repaired. I would not recommend this contractor.
Description of Work: Ordered and Installed 18 energy efficient windows in our manufactured home taking out the old windows and screens. The workers were mostly on time and polite and courteous but seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. They finished the job in 2 1/2 days.
