 + -1 moreLast year his service was ok this year, we phoned him at least 4x and he never returned our calls or showed up. Wouldn't use him again if my life depended upon it.
Description of Work: He came 1 time last year to service the RO system and some problems with the hook up to the dishwasher, etc. This year he never called, never showed up.

 + -1 moreJulio went out of his way to make sure things were done right. He even left to get a new part that would work better and did not charge me more than our agreed upon amount. Michelle (office person) was in contact to make sure we knew when Julio was coming. I will definitely use him again!!

 + -1 moreOn both occaisions, a second plumber had to be called in to complete the work correctly. I can not help but feel that while Bonafide Plumbing might be okay for something simple, they can not handle anything that is upper end. The shower valve was the type that controls a shower head and four body sprayers, the technician had never seen one before. The water heater is a tankless electric whole house model. I feel that I would never allow the warranty company to send this firm again. I pay only $55 for a covered repair. The warranty company pays the rest. What they ultimately had to pay for Bonafide's services I have no idea. I do know that they then had to pay another company to complete the work both times.
Description of Work: This firm was sent by my home warranty company to evaluate and repair or replace a tankless water heater. The technician told me that the water heater needed to be replaced. The warranty company told me that the technician told them I had not maintained the water heater and he would need to get a second opinion on how to proceed. After several days, the warranty company finally sent another company when Bonafide admitted they had no experience in this area. This was not my first experience with Bonafide. Last October, the home warranty company sent out Bonafide to repair a single handle 3 way shower valve. The same technician as the one for the water heater made several attempts to repair the valve correctly. Initially very considerate, with each trip he complained more and more about what it was costing him. Finally, the warranty company sent another plumber who fixed the valve.

 + -1 moreThey lie.... thats the first issue. exactly what Yelp! says about this company just happens to me they were supposed to be here from 7-9am they no call no showed. so i called Bonafide no answer. so i called my insurance they get a hold of them no problem. Bonafide lies to them and says "WE WENT BY AT 630AM AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER WE LEFT A DOOR KNOCKER" too bad i get up at 4am and they were scheduled to be here between 7-9 not 630 and no door knocker.
Description of Work: I filed ticket with my insurance company they gave me a work order number i called Bonafide.... they didnt answer they answer for the insurance company just fine. i still have not spoken with them.

Description of Work: Our sink handle broke off. Julio came at the expected time and did the work quickly. This isnt the first time we used Julio. He is professional and friendly. When he fixed our leaky faucet, that caused a pipe to burst,(gotta love an old house) he came out immmediatly and fixed that as well. I know that a coworker also uses this company and has had nothing but positive experiences.

 + -1 moreI wasn't little happy with their customer service as they are bit rude. It is a small office who runs the business. They haven't always been prompt and they are quite behind. A friend of mine also used him because of his home warranty and he had horrible experience. I probably would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I had some interactions with Bonafide Plumbing Company for plumbing and the last time I had them come out was about a year ago. They were basically contacted with my home warranty contract and they had to replace a water heater.
