Awful. They were not upfront with their prices. If you do decide to go with them, just make sure they are honest with you.

They did a good job. their tech was very hard to get hold of, probably very busy. System was expensive, but thats due to city requirements for special system.

Arrived 2 hours after first call, explained how septic system worked and what could be the possible problems.Crew began work shortly after and determined problem with distribution box and quickly reestablished flow. Remaining work was completed the next day.I can not say enough about the professionalism of these people after the bad experience I had with theand quot;low costand quot; septic service. Trust me you won't go wrong.

In my opinion, Apollo Drain Service is #1. From the minute I made initial contact with them to the completion of the project they remained fully engaged and continued communications at all times. Before any work even commenced, Lennie Jones came to my home and explained in great detail the level of effort involved in the project. Once it was determined that new leech lines were required, then Apollo took care of all the arrangements (county permit, contact with utility company's, etc., and clearly showed that they cared from a to z. It took them approximately two days to complete the project; however their level of expertise and knowledge was evident by the Apollo Team (including Diann) and their ability to do what they do best! Apollo was fair, honest, reasonable and professionals as well. Cheaper is more expensive in the long run, therefore HIGHLY RECOMMEND Apollo for plumbing, septic and any other plumbing problems with confidence.

Called them in the am and by 2:30 pm the same day they had the system serviced and ready to go. Very professional and incredibly quick response. Back story. My mom had contacted a different company to service the system . She did not know where the tank was since it had not been serviced since she has lived there. The company came out and could not locate it. I got a site plan from the county that showed the location and the company came back and dug a massive hole in the supposed location . No tank, no communication,big hole. Tried for over a week to get them to find the tank and service it but no response . I went to Angie's list and found Apollo Drain. I called them on a Monday morning and by 2:30 that afternoon they had located and serviced the system. Apollo Drain operates a very professional and user friendly service. I highly recommend them. It went well. They were done in about 15 minutes, the guy handed me a clean invoice and pen to sign with, and it was done. We paid by check. I was going to shake his hand, and he told me "probably not a good idea" which was kind of funny. And true.

The owner came out to our home and explained how the system worked and what to look for and what to expect to resolve the issues. Than the owner of the business went out to the septic area and dug to located the inspection access areas of the tank. He than proceeded to explain the issue that was causing the damage and drain flow stoppage to the leach lines. He than made the appointment to have the repair work done promptly. The workers showed up and dug up the main access cover to the tank and drained the tank and proceeded to use the hydro-jet to boar out the leach lines. After the job was complete the workers filled the holes and left the site in the condition in which they found it. The overall cost of the job was well below the price I expected for a job of that caliber and the promptness of the repair.

Our house and septic system was built and installed approx 18-20 yrs ago. Perk and ground tests had less and different requirements from the County back then. We were lucky the system lasted as long as it did considering that the size of the leach lines by today's standards was not nearly adequate. The leach lines began to fail us a few years ago and we had to pump the tank more often. After digging up around the original leach line, it was discovered it was seriously failing. Now that the new leach lines are installed with D-valves we can switch from 1 leach line to another and eventually back to the original. We should never have another failed line. After watching the entire process and installation, we totally understand the plan, up-keep and expectations.

Had a drainage stoppage. Pump truck and 2 operators arrived and diagnosed the the problem as a broken pipe leading into the tank. Asked me if I wanted them to repair it or do it myself. I told them I would give it a go, and if I couldn't do it I would call them back. I was able to repair it myself - which saved me a lot of money. I have been using Apollo since 1997 and their service has always been excellent and reasonable. Recommend them highly ~
