+ 0 moreAll-Star Tree Service is a truly professional outfit that provided outstanding service in a challenging environment. With temperatures approaching 105°F, and a blazing sun, more than half a dozen workers toiled throughout the day to trim approximately 15 large trees and remove half a dozen smaller trees and bushes that were no longer viable. And, after all that, they raked and cleaned over 1 acre of desert landscaping. Their work product was exceptional at a most economical cost. All of the workers were engaged throughout the day, and the management was present to supervise throughout the operation. I was so impressed with this service that I will, no doubt, utilize them in the future, as well. I would highly recommend All-Star Tree Service for small or large jobs. I have confidence that they would continue to do excellent work.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with this company; Had immediate response to my inquiry; needs were assessed and price given within an hour of my inquiry; Work was done within a week and they did an excellent job; Had to have large very old trees removed and they did it very well, removing trunks; all debris taken with them, and area cleaned afterwards. Description of Work: Trimed four trees as discussed when the estimate was made. Cleaned up mess leaving only a few minor trimmings.

Description of Work: The tree went down during a storm. Many others in town were down also. Called for an estimate, was quoted $400.00. Told them I would let them know the next day. Received a call from them (Allstar) first thing the next day saying they would drop price $100.00, because I had been a previous customer. In the next hour I recieved a quote from another company that was $15.00 lower than the second call I recived from Allstar on the second day. I also asked Allstar to remove a stump in my backyard. They hadn't removed it. I called and inquired about it, and was told they forgot the saw. After my inquirery they removed it a week later. Roots were left protuding through the ground, I had to go out and cut them down myself. I do realize they were extreamly busy,but it just didn't feel right that they reduced the price $100.00 because I had been a previous customer, and the company I hadn't used was gioing to charge me less.

+ 0 moreAll Star's owner arrived promptly to give us an estimate. We agreed to it and he said he'd fax us a written estimate prior to the work being done. We never did get the estimate, but on the scheduled workday the workers and owner showed up on time and did a really wonderful job. The properties looked great when they were done. Everything we had discussed had been done and we are very pleased with their work. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
Description of Work: We have an acre and a third with large palm, eucalyptus and ficus trees to be trimmed - and a lot of "cleaning" to do. There were also two trees to be removed and have the stumps ground.

+ -1 moreThe tree had roots coming out of the ground and was running into our neighbors yard. We also had them grind the stump out. A few weeks later we noticed a bunch of shoots coming up where the tree had been so they came back to remove them free of charge.

+ -1 moreVery responsive and punctual. They wanted to use a bucket truck because my trees were so big and overgrown. I was asked to turn the water off on my lawn two days ahead of time because the truck is so heavy and could damage the ground. In the end they trimmed a bit too much off of some trees for my liking but they did a great job even in this regard since everything will grow back with a little time. The owner was present during the work and supervised his team well. Only problem was that when they drove the truck (now laden with tree branches) over the concrete surrounding my lawn it cracked the concrete border. After assessing the damage they paid for the concrete to be repaired and it looks better than when they started. Great job from start to finish.
Description of Work: Trimmed all of my mesquite trees on my 1/2 acre of land. It was a very big job as I have eight large trees.
